“Spiritcraft custom built a live edge, walnut table in January 2023. It was to our dimensions of 76 x 42" with a spider base. They were very patient with us through the design process with our fussy questions and requests for photos. The table was delivered on time, assembled in the house and it looks just like new 10 months later. No warping, no cracks - perfect. The whole process and quality of the table exceeded our expectations. So much better than buying from a high volume furniture store, knowing that a family business built it and stands behind the product. We looked at many competitors for live edge tables and this could not be beat. I share some pictures of the table below. I highly recommend Spiritcraft.”

We have used Rieke services multiple times over the years, but this situation was a much bigger challenge. They were tasked with downsizing our footprint of 10,000 sf to 2,600 sq and utilizing as much of our existing furnishings as possible. We added a Nextwall glass system to create private offices and the remainder came from our former office space. Rieke coordinated the tear-down, move, and reinstall of the existing furnishings/cubes and did not miss a beat. Our new office space looks fantastic and is extremely functional. “Monica was wonderful I ordered picture wall art it came damaged. I didn’t wanna go into the store, but I had to because I had to return it. Monica was very helpful. Sad thing is all the pictures were damage so it really wasn’t their fault that they didn’t check it before they sent it out, but when I got there, she refunded me my delivery charge and the wall art in full I will return. I love the store. People were very helpful clean store. It is turned around though. It doesn’t look like the Elmhurst store so zero on the wall art but five on the Customer Service.”

“I love tjmaxx but for some reason It was my first time at Crystal Lake location, and OMG the decor for fall are amazing everything the clothes, but I was specifically trying to find something to decor my living room table and a Woman named Amy who works there was so sweet and amazing with her ideas she ended up helping me and picked cuttest decoration for my living room, she spended around 20 min helping me… it really meant a lot..❤️ Come to this store you wont be disappointed .”

“My new go to furniture store. I recently moved into a new home so as expected, I needed to purchase many new pieces. After two failed attempts by Wayfair to deliver a bedroom set, my wife and I had to start searching for a set from a different store. I found Hollywood Furniture using a Google search so we decided to stop in one Saturday morning. I met the owner Monier who is very gracious. We also partnered with Jessica, and they both helped us find a new bedroom set. The sales experience was refreshing. I didn't have to pay anything upfront plus they offer free delivery. If anything arrives damaged, they will make it right. There were two drawers from that set that arrived damaged and in 2 business days I had new drawers delivered direct to me. I then canceled an existing order with another furniture company and placed that order with Hollywood. Part of that second order just arrived and we're very happy. Please check them out if you need furniture for your home. Hollywood partners with various manufacturers so they may find exactly what you're looking for.”

“I have been searching and researching for the right chair for my work-from-home experience. went to many office furniture places in the City and wasn't completely satisfied with the service, selection, and prices. so I decided to look into the suburbs for help and found Chairtech in Carpentersville. I contacted Marty, who was extremely friendly and informative over the phone. I went the next day to the showroom and was completely blown away by the selection and the knowledge and experience these guys had. They literally rebuild all the chairs at sight. Marty had me try out many chairs as he suggested that till I sit in different chairs, it's hard to know which chair is the right fit for me. I was actually there to buy a more expensive chair but he suggested that some of the lesser-known chairs that were not in my research list might be a better fit. He was right. I left their showroom extremely happy and saved a lot of money compared to what other places had for sale. I was there for at least two hours and not once did they make me feel, that I am taking too much time for purchasing just one chair. I highly recommend Marty and Chairtech for all your office and chair needs. These guys are legit and truly care about putting you in the right chair and not just the most expensive one. I will be back and will tell all my coworkers.”

“I ordered a vanity table & velvet chair from here and it was exactly as pictured. The table is the perfect size for my small bedroom, and the velvet, studded chair looks so cute with it! (the table actually came with a stool I just wanted something more comfortable)...Parts of the vanity table were a little harder to assemble than I expected though, so I took 1 star off for that.”
“I had owned a Hepplewhite chest-on-chest for nigh on 3 decades, and it was past time to restore it. The mahogany veneer was loose at the base, and the corners of the upper chest were quite ugly with the veneer long gone. After only 2 centuries (!), the glue had loosened, internal parts had fallen off and drawers could not be opened. And that wasn't the half of it! So I called Caledonian--one of the best decisions I've ever made. Their knowledge and workmanship are without peer. Not only did Caledonian restore the piece perfectly, but Barrie shared information about the chest-on-chest that I never would have found on my own. These gentlemen are experts; I would not entrust my antiques to anyone else.”

“We had a special need. My friend is in a wheelchair and I was in a boot after surgery. I couldn't push her wheelchair. The cart person was so kind and brought us the scooter. He followed us out afterward, loaded our purchases and took the scooter back without even asking. What a fine young man! I didn't catch his name but really wish I had.”
“In opinion I think this is a really good store if you really need decorations for Christmas and holiday decorations like Halloween Easter but sometimes they out of stock but that’s fine and it’s a pretty good store”
