“The Pink Geranium & Co is my happy place! My mom and I are both big thrifters (treasure hunters) and we are obsessed with the Pink G. Why? Because they price things to move. They have an amazing eye. Their staging is so on point and because their inventory moves quickly, it's like they're re-building their shop every single week. I so appreciate what they do and love going there every week to see the new gems they've found. We've hosted client parties in the shop (we're Realtors) and we often buy gifts here. “Lovely store! I'm a Senior Citizen and my limitations to purchase something I need are endless.The discount for Seniors was limited to a certain day of the week....that was a turn off. I wanted a particular piece of furniture and wasn't able to purchase it because I wasn't there on the particular discount day. The item was sold following week of my return. So should Icontinue shop here?”
“Great little hometown shop For all of your gifting needs! Huge selection of great items! Prices are great for the uniqueness of the items they sell! This shop is nestled right on the Main Street of Crystal lake . Growing up here this was the only shopping area and it still has its charm and thrill to walk in the shop to see what is new! I always find something. Either for me or for a friend! The interior is of yesteryear! Look up and admire the original Tim ceilings! They greet you with a smile and treat you like family!”
“I ordered a vanity table & velvet chair from here and it was exactly as pictured. The table is the perfect size for my small bedroom, and the velvet, studded chair looks so cute with it! (the table actually came with a stool I just wanted something more comfortable)...Parts of the vanity table were a little harder to assemble than I expected though, so I took 1 star off for that.”

“I shopped at Hobby Lobby for a custom sized mat for a print. The young girl at the frame department helped me out from matching the color of the mat to the exact measurements needed. My mat was done in 2 days, and it turned out great. The store is clean and organized, and the staff was helpful. I recommend this Hobby Lobby”

“Lots of variety of arts and crafts. Can definitely spend a long time just going through each aisle to get inspired. Prices are ok, but they have sales often which helps a little. Customer service is ok too, perhaps not as cheerful as I would have expected, but are helpful.”

“I love tjmaxx but for some reason It was my first time at Crystal Lake location, and OMG the decor for fall are amazing everything the clothes, but I was specifically trying to find something to decor my living room table and a Woman named Amy who works there was so sweet and amazing with her ideas she ended up helping me and picked cuttest decoration for my living room, she spended around 20 min helping me… it really meant a lot..❤️ Come to this store you wont be disappointed .”

“Find that unique item that starts conversations! Multiple vendors in a rambling building that USED to be the Funeral Parlor downtown. It adds that creaky-wood-floor dynamic that keeps ya moving... in a good way. Follow the footprints so you don't miss anything. Vintage clothing, furniture, knick-knacks, old bar equipment, jewelry, and music, as well as some outdoor decor.Some things are priced reasonably, others not-so-much, but it's a fun way to spend an hour with your buddies and find something different.”
“Love HL! This store has great selection and clean aisles. Only downfall was loss of power (once) They rushed everyone to front to check out before registers shut down. Apparently not first time that’s happened there….you should be able to fix that. Loss of business that day for sure!”

“If you find the right employee, they will make your visit worthwhile. My boyfriend and I were looking for a new sectional so we stopped at the RoomPlace. Upon first walking in, we were ambushed multiple times by the same woman. We made it very clear that if we need help we will find someone. She finally backed off and we went looking around. Brian Shay offered us help once and then walked away, giving us the space we needed. When we had questions, we were more willing to find Brian and ask him for help, as opposed to the woman who kept following us. He provided the information we needed and we went on our way. The next few days went by and I sent him an email. ON HIS DAY OFF, Brian replied to emails in a timely manner and was able to work with us to find what would get us the best deal. We really appreciate Brian's help and look forward to speaking with him again when we are ready to purchase more furniture.”

“Spiritcraft custom built a live edge, walnut table in January 2023. It was to our dimensions of 76 x 42" with a spider base. They were very patient with us through the design process with our fussy questions and requests for photos. The table was delivered on time, assembled in the house and it looks just like new 10 months later. No warping, no cracks - perfect. The whole process and quality of the table exceeded our expectations. So much better than buying from a high volume furniture store, knowing that a family business built it and stands behind the product. We looked at many competitors for live edge tables and this could not be beat. I share some pictures of the table below. I highly recommend Spiritcraft.”
