“This was my first time going into Batteries Plus. I needed some specific batteries for my remote start on my car. I was greeted right when I walked in the door and was able to get the batteries that I needed within about 30 seconds. The batteries cost about $10 for two little bitty batteries, but at least I got the ones that I needed, and the customer service was good.
I also asked for a price check on an extra key for my son's car and was able to get a round about estimate for that.”

“Although the battery that I needed wasn't in stock, I do feel that it's my duty to let this company know that an associate named Robert Norris was more than willing to install a battery (had it been in stock) for me. Prior to stopping by this University location, I stopped by the Prospect location & was denied installation of the battery that I purchased by an associate named Ryan, who leaned upon the counter w/sunglasses on. I ended up going to Autozone & having them to assist me. As soon as I pulled up, the Autozone employees were already outside helping other customers & had no problem helping me as well. Ryan should take notes from not only the Autozone employees, but Robert as well. Thank you, Robert for being willing to help me when I truly needed it!!!”
