Went in to get a watch battery replaced. it was a backup watch that I don't wear very oftern, so didn't remember that I had a lifetime warranty on that watch battery. The gentleman that helped me told me that I had a lifetime warranty---unusual honesty and fairness in today's business world. Great job! That's why I continue to there for all my battery related needs.”

“I love O'Reilly Auto and the people that work there are very helpful. I had a defective battery in my riding lawn mower and I would take it to O'Reilly Auto every other week and without fail and without charge, they would recharge it at no cost. I don't know if they got tired of seeing my face or they concluded that the battery they'd sold me was defective, but they eventually swapped it out for a new battery and so I have not had to go up and grace them with my presence since then.😜”

“Although the battery that I needed wasn't in stock, I do feel that it's my duty to let this company know that an associate named Robert Norris was more than willing to install a battery (had it been in stock) for me. Prior to stopping by this University location, I stopped by the Prospect location & was denied installation of the battery that I purchased by an associate named Ryan, who leaned upon the counter w/sunglasses on. I ended up going to Autozone & having them to assist me. As soon as I pulled up, the Autozone employees were already outside helping other customers & had no problem helping me as well. Ryan should take notes from not only the Autozone employees, but Robert as well. Thank you, Robert for being willing to help me when I truly needed it!!!”
