“Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Knocking off one star because the fix took much longer than the first estimate. They had to completely redo the sealant because there was some dust caught inside a piece of my phone. The whole process took 3x as long and I went back to the store 3 times before the fix was done. They were willing to give me a discount for my trouble. Which was nice. A little fustrating though.”

“Great customer service---I would characterize it as unusual in today's world. Went in to get a watch battery replaced. it was a backup watch that I don't wear very oftern, so didn't remember that I had a lifetime warranty on that watch battery. The gentleman that helped me told me that I had a lifetime warranty---unusual honesty and fairness in today's business world. Great job! I brought my grandmother's old 2009 cobalt and her headlight was out and it can be a little hard getting that headlight in there, thanks to Bob he did that and a blinker in 10-15min, made sure it was working and good to go! “I love O'Reilly Auto and the people that work there are very helpful. I had a defective battery in my riding lawn mower and I would take it to O'Reilly Auto every other week and without fail and without charge, they would recharge it at no cost. I don't know if they got tired of seeing my face or they concluded that the battery they'd sold me was defective, but they eventually swapped it out for a new battery and so I have not had to go up and grace them with my presence since then.😜”

“My windshield wiper broke right when crazy snow hit today and thankfully I was a half mile away from the store. The young man behind the counter not only picked the wiper blades out for me based on my car model and year, but he even went out in the cold weather and put them on my vehicle. In the mean time I had the privilege of chatting with the lovely amazing women inside in the store. I cannot thank them enough for their kind efforts today, if it was not for them, I would have been lost. Again, many thanks!”

“Although the battery that I needed wasn't in stock, I do feel that it's my duty to let this company know that an associate named Robert Norris was more than willing to install a battery (had it been in stock) for me. Prior to stopping by this University location, I stopped by the Prospect location & was denied installation of the battery that I purchased by an associate named Ryan, who leaned upon the counter w/sunglasses on. I ended up going to Autozone & having them to assist me. As soon as I pulled up, the Autozone employees were already outside helping other customers & had no problem helping me as well. Ryan should take notes from not only the Autozone employees, but Robert as well. Thank you, Robert for being willing to help me when I truly needed it!!!”

She put her food aside with a smile and even put the wipers on my car for me. She did it with a smile!! A HUGE difference from the rude service I received from Shawn at Auto Zone.
