“Alicia at the Eats Peoria location is amazing and I watched her handle a woman who was absolutely terrible to her in the most professional way. The lady called her very horrible names and refused to leave when Alicia gave her every resource possible to help fix her situation. This lady REFUSED any solution and Alicia never raised her voice back, never was rude, and NEVER gave up on finding solutions. She handled the whole situation amazing and I hope the woman named “Ramona” who treated her so poorly never treats anyone else like that again!”

“I have been with T-Mobile a couple of years now. I have stopped in the East Peoria store with a problem maybe 3 times. Each time I have been treated awesome. Today I stopped because I had a problem with my phone that I couldn’t figure out. Jordan greeted me instantly. He fixed my phone problem. But I was so impressed by the way all of the employees treated the customers. The way I have been treated by T-Mobile the last 2 years I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Thanks Jordan….”

“If you go in to this location make sure to only ask for Ethan, he went out of his way to make sure that I got everything I needed. He was extremely patient & kind, very thorough and even went the extra step to help explain to my daughter and I all of our options available. Ethan needs a promotion!
Unlike many others unfortunately the last time I came in Jake did not help me at all. He actually failed to report to Verizon that I turned in my daughter’s old phone, so therefore thanks to Ethan my bill is being credited over $600. Jake didn’t explain anything to me when I asked and was rushing me the whole entire time. Thanks again for all your help Ethan!”

“I just want to give credit where credit is deserved.

I had to purchase a new phone and had trouble connecting it after spending an hour or so on the phone with the AT&T prepaid customer service and didn’t get anywhere.

My new phone wasn’t working with the help “over the phone”.

I was completely frustrated and drove into the AT&T store located on BIg Hollow Road in Peoria, IL, and explained the situation to two salesman that were superior.

Caleb advised Daniel about my phone having issues and not working.

It wasnt more than 20 seconds that Daniel figured out the situation and got my phone functioning as fast as I walked in the store.

Caleb was so nice and friendly and took the time to transfer my data to my new phone and got it working.

They made an exhausting day, lasting two hours and even more, into a great ending.

I will never make a mistake and go to anyone else for help!!

“First: Associate Kai (I probably spelled it wrong my bad) but BIG respect, gratitude and good karma / blessings ? for this associate recently here, I had a different situation with my plan and a sudden death of my parent last year / Financials, etc and the things that can happen afterwards like switching services to me now and the person on the phone and in person next day, Kai, was such an amazing, kind person on a particularly awful day already and went way above and beyond and that kindness might've been no big deal for someone especially if theyve been there but can make HUGE things more possible for who they bless. This location has always been my go to Cricket store over the last several years with Cricket service not because it's closest but because the staff have always consistently been very helpful and patient and do their best job and also store Mgr Laurie (I probably spelled that wrong too, my fault) also over the phone and yesterday she even remembered my call... of course they both deserve a fancy vacation somewhere tropical or relaxing because they are great with customer care and just KINDNESS. ✌️ Thank y'all for being awesome.”

“I did an upgrade/trade in on two lines with phones and watches. I was disappointed that the watches we wanted were not in stock in the store, but they did only take a few days to come in. The phone my daughter wanted also had to be ordered.
I worked with Nick who was fantastic! He was very detailed and did everything he could to make me happy with continuing service with Verizon. We have been with you for over 30 years. Nick has a very professional but relatable personality which is what every store employee should have. If we upgrade our other lines we will be only using Nick as our agent. If it were not for his help and making sure everything was done properly I would’ve left unhappy that the devices were not in stock, but he defenitly made the wait a little better. Thanks Nick!

“Chad at the Washington, Illinois location is phenomenal in every single way.
My husband spoke to him over the phone about upgrading our iPhones, and Chad took time to find us the best prices, explained details in simple terms, kept us updated on new phone shipments and just had the most pleasant personality, infinite knowledge of phones and plans, and so much patience with us.
We went today to get both of us a new IPhone 17 and Chad did not miss a beat. He ensured our plan was the best and most cost effective. He didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need. We bought all of the accessories he recommended. He was training a new employee and waiting on several customers the same time and everyone was amazed at his knowledge, his efficiency, his humor, his smile, and he showed no signs of stress or impatience. Just an all around great experience and we will never go anywhere else for questions or upgrades or anything. We will recommend Chad to our family and friends and we thank you, Chad, for treating us so well and for teaching us so much. And most importantly for not making us FEEL inadequate with our own limited “senior citizen” knowledge. Ha ha!!! You are a rockstar through and through and we appreciate you more than you know.

“Update they ended up giving us a credit and new equipment. My wife said they did apologize for the misunderstanding. The credit was to offset the replacement cost for equipment. Plus another for all the trips into the store.

Wireless internet issues. Went to one on court street because we had a similar card issue gentleman working there was great the this time on getting it switched out and Even gave us another card because of issue just in case. That's where it ended. Got home plugged everything back in to find out that didn't work was sent back with unit got to store at 430 he was helping another customer at the time when it came to my wife he was fast to push her out the door with I can't help you it's past the 15 days which I was told 15 days was the return on device if we didn't like it. Call center is the one that sent us back there to have unit replaced to only get told no. Called customer service to get told that they have to inspect unit at store and they can in fact replace unit if they call in. Better training I'm thinking and also employee's that aren't worried about closing time that might have taken a few extra minutes. Now we have to drive back a 3rd time to get what should have been done the 1st time. This is long because they waisted my time so figured I would waste so of theirs by having to read all this. Hands down that gentleman needs
