The real gem, though, is Kathy in the office. She is always cheerful, helpful, and a pleasure to speak with. Kathy consistently goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best rental experience possible. If you have questions or run into any issues, she will take excellent care of you. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and truly a lovely person.

The units are clean, and I have a climate controlled one that is true to form. Jillian at the front desk has been professional and extremely helpful.
