There is no counter person, a video kiosk is in the front and you can talk to a real person, calling the phone number to reach the property manager of the facility nets you a recording most of the time, yet setting it all up online makes the event smooth.”

“Very, very clean! Ryan was super helpful with the setup process (: he walked us around accessing the building and showed us to our unit! There was an AC bump out in our unit (which ended up not being a problem), and he was willing to accommodate us and switch the unit if need be. Highly recommend, and the prices were pretty decent as well! Especially considering it's a temperature controlled building!”
