“Service is always good when I am there. They do need to answer phone when calling. No one answers when I call. The biggest complaint I have is with 5/3 directly is why the heck do you charge us to take our money out. If I use a cash station elsewhere I get charged $3.00 firm them and then 5/3 charges me another $3.00. That is shameful. You have my money and are also making money on it and then are charging me for taking it out. What the heck. My fees alone are killing me. I have two other banks and they don’t charge me. Makes me think what I need to do.”

“This bank was awesome! Received a call stating someone was trying to use my identity at the branch and the number was from the actual bank. However this was a completely fraud call and I luckily gave them no info and hung up to call the number on my card. Today I received a call from the bank confirming their number has been cloned with fraudulant calls going out to Chase customers. If you received a call from someone go with your gut and hang up ... better safe than sorry!”
