“I did not have any actual done here so this is only to speak on my experience with the people of this wonderful shop. I took my car here after an accident and the insurance company had quoted the repair based on pictures and a video only. After getting the car apart, there was significantly more damage than anyone initially thought and the car ended up being totaled by the insurance company. This obviously isn’t great news when it’s a new (to me) car that I’d only made 14 payments on. The staff here were kind and attentive while they walked me through the steps needed. They provided bags to help me clean my belongings out my car and even apologized for the bummer of a situation. I’m very grateful to have interacted with such kind people during a very trying time!!”

Tryston is great with communication and amazing customer service and explained everything so well. George is super knowledgeable in his work, and fair with pricing. The made sure to constantly update us with everything and they were very professional. The overall service was amazing and we will definitely be back for any further car service! “The whole repair was explained in the details, I knew exactly what's wrong after clear and concise explanation of the owner. I know exactly how much has to be repaired and the prices are reasonable or even under the market value which I greatly appreciate. The honesty of the staff it's incredible. They're extensive knowledge regarding cars it's astonishing. I would recommend this place to anyone without blinking, the best place to get your car fixed and checked out! Repeat customer for life :) thanks Victor!”

“I was rear-ended and brought my car here on recommendation from the Hyundai dealership for repairs. They made a stressful process into an easy one and I appreciate the quality of service I received especially from Rosa; she is truly an all-star at the shop! You can tell from the before and after pics that my car was filthy when I left it with them and they returned it back to me shiny and new. My only critique is this: if you have a newer car with safety sensors make sure they're all in working order before leaving. I had to bring my car back because that was overlooked but they were apologetic and got everything done and dusted within 24hrs of me dropping it back off again. 10/10 would bring my cars back here in the future if service was ever needed!”
