However, this Elgin location surpassed our expectations. We are very pleased with the entire staff. They worked well with the insurance and rental company to make the process smooth. “I did not have any actual done here so this is only to speak on my experience with the people of this wonderful shop. I took my car here after an accident and the insurance company had quoted the repair based on pictures and a video only. After getting the car apart, there was significantly more damage than anyone initially thought and the car ended up being totaled by the insurance company. This obviously isn’t great news when it’s a new (to me) car that I’d only made 14 payments on. The staff here were kind and attentive while they walked me through the steps needed. They provided bags to help me clean my belongings out my car and even apologized for the bummer of a situation. I’m very grateful to have interacted with such kind people during a very trying time!!”
