“This Ross has great customer service!!!
After 2 Rosses didn't accept my return stating that my receipt didn't scan (even though it was perfectly readable), I came to this Ross and the store manager Dan was able to complete it without any problems. I was quite frustrated that other managers claimed "nothing could be done" when a perfectly fine receipt not scanning is not a fault of my own.
Dan was courteous, didn't question the receipt scanning and simply stated that he could override it, making it a pleasant experience after I had driven around looking for other Rosses. He was the only manager today who I felt actually followed the correct Ross policy of accepting returns with a receipt. I will definitely be returning to this Ross.
The associate I spoke to on the phone was also very kind and helpful.
This place actually *wants* to accomodate you as a customer.
I was quite thankful to Dan today for taking the extra time to listen and help me out- not just turn me away and blame the scanner for me not getting the refund I was entitled to.”

“I had purchased some autographed photos years ago that I had professionally framed. Recently, I decided to sell them, and a collector desired the photos but without the frames.
I didn't want to extricate the photos myself due to their rarity, so I decided to have them removed professionally.
After contacting a number of framing shops by phone, I happened across The Great Frame Up in Niles and spoke with an extraordinary associate named Michael. I told him what I intended to do and sent him photos of the framed autographs. He informed me that they could, indeed, remove the photos.
I walked into the shop and was immediately greeted by both Michael and Maria --- another spectacular employee. Sandy, the owner, also greeted me warmly, and I showed her the framed pieces. She informed me that she could definitely take care of this within the hour. I had other things to do, so I told her I would come back later that day. It worked out perfectly! Really loved Sandy --- she definitely knows her stuff and was just terrific!
When I returned, Sandy was gone for the evening, but Michael and Maria were there. My friend was conversing with Michael, and Maria showed me the photos which were removed expertly. I was delighted! Both Michael and Maria were an absolute joy, and I felt like I was a guest in their home.
Understandably, my situation was rather unusual, but the professional skill necessary to remove the photos was handled with surgical precision and great care.
The extraordinary talent and magnificent customer service provided by Sandy, Michael and Maria at the Niles location set the bar for framing companies. I have had many photos framed over the years from other companies, but this particular Niles shop is far superior to all the others I have been to. Bravo to them!
The store itself is stunningly beautiful. It looks like a professional art gallery, and one of the gorgeous works displayed was actually done by Michael which I think is a brilliant concept! This really shows the framing and artistic virtuosity of the staff to a spectacular level.
I highly recommend the Niles Great Frame Up for everything frame-related. Your photos and art will be given the greatest respect and attention by a staff who really make a difference.”

Perich makeup and Essence sprays are my absolute favorite and cannot praise or recommend them enough! I ordered some Essence sprays a few months back and one came broken, thanks to the post office not handling the package correctly. I contacted Michael and he took care of it right away. “My bed didn't change after 5 years of use even though I have 2 cats ! I'm ready to share my experience since I'm waiting for new delivery to have more in addition to the bedroom set. I attached below photos of new stylish black chair with loveseat that's gonna go to the office once i fully prepare the room. That looks modern and fantastic! Also I'm waiting for that cozy ans soft sectional with those unique looking and easy cleaning consoles! I gonna get it in orange instead of blue and in different size. But let me share with the last 2 photos I attached of my bed, where first photo is made 5 years ago and the second one - is current. As you see, there's no changes with the bed even though I have cats and I moved my bed 3 times since I purchased it !Now I got delivered new Tempur-Pedic hybrid "Luxe-Breeze", love how it has 2 layers of the cover besides the waterproof protector I use on the top of it. Outstanding level of look and sleep quality. My spine was never so relaxed as now and it got so easy to sleep straight on the back instead of changing position all night long. The online ordering was easy, and I ordered the Designer's Choice, which essentially allows them to create a gift with the available flowers on hand. And they also helped us design our corner fireplace shelf.Their installation staff were friendly and professional as well. They prepped our wall for the large barn door so good, you can’t tell they cut the drywall at all.When the large barn door was finally installed --- wow. It looked great. The door glides smoothly on the track when opening and closing. And my wife and I love how it fills up the empty side of the large wall when opened.Our corner fireplace shelf is great too, but it can’t compare with the look of our barn door.
