“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”

“Came to this store because it was in between elderly relatives and myself, both coming from about 25 miles. They needed help with correcting the rip off phones and service they were scammed into buying at Sam's Club in the Midway area. Victor S assisted us with great professionalism, patience and understanding. After about 3 hours and Victor making multiple calls to T-Mobile customer service (which I was on the phone with for 3 hours the night before trying to clear up the mess), Victor got everything rectified and even was able to get them a credit for what was claimed to be an unpaid first billing. Victor is such a great example of what customer service should be! Give this guy a well-deserved raise! Thank you, Victor! You are great!!!”

Microsoft teams was not very compatible with our system, but the new web based phone system that Xclutel offers is fantastic. Bill and Paul gave me an excellent demo that really made the final decision about giving it a go. It is a little more money monthly, but nothing compares to being able to take our call center phone calls from practically anywhere in the world. So with that being said, it is paying for itself with the advanced options we were given. We have one remote worker and a very small call center- and now our remote worker can easily take calls right along with the in office girls with such ease! This has taken our business to the next level and is just what we needed for all the technology/remote changes that are happening in today's workplace. “I have been a Verizon customer for almost four years, with four phone lines, home internet, and several watches. Verizon has normally provided a level of internet and cellular service that other companies could not match for me. Unfortunately, around the end of May, my service dropped dramatically. For nearly three months, I constantly called Verizon for help. I made more than 30 phone calls and spoke with 29 different customer-service representatives, but I still could not get a practical solution. It was exhausting having to repeat my situation over and over without meaningful progress. This week, I came into this Verizon store and met Jose Padilla. He completely changed my experience and is the main reason I decided to stay with Verizon. Jose sat down with me, listened to my situation with compassion, and gave me straightforward, practical solutions. He also took the time to break down my bill and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. On top of that, he was willing to see whether Verizon could offer compensation for the nearly three months I struggled to get help. Most importantly, Jose found a simple solution that improved my home internet speed from around 100 Mbps to nearly 300 Mbps. We are still working on my cellular service, but because of the care, knowledge, and honesty Jose showed, I am now even considering adding more lines. Verizon needs more employees like Jose: people who are down-to-earth, knowledgeable, compassionate, and able to speak to customers clearly and practically. It should not take 29 representatives and 30-plus calls to receive a solution that one competent employee can help provide in one store visit. I hope Verizon reviews my case and recognizes Jose Padilla for the outstanding service he provided. His customer-service approach should be used as an example for other employees, especially outsourced phone representatives, so no one else has to go through what I did. I would recommend this location to anyone who has had a bad Verizon experience in the past. There are great new people here, and Jose Padilla is a major reason I chose to remain a Verizon customer.”
