“This Ross has great customer service!!!
After 2 Rosses didn't accept my return stating that my receipt didn't scan (even though it was perfectly readable), I came to this Ross and the store manager Dan was able to complete it without any problems. I was quite frustrated that other managers claimed "nothing could be done" when a perfectly fine receipt not scanning is not a fault of my own.
Dan was courteous, didn't question the receipt scanning and simply stated that he could override it, making it a pleasant experience after I had driven around looking for other Rosses. He was the only manager today who I felt actually followed the correct Ross policy of accepting returns with a receipt. I will definitely be returning to this Ross.
The associate I spoke to on the phone was also very kind and helpful.
This place actually *wants* to accomodate you as a customer.
I was quite thankful to Dan today for taking the extra time to listen and help me out- not just turn me away and blame the scanner for me not getting the refund I was entitled to.”

“I love this shop for simply existing and being an option. I yoyo a lot in weight from being postpartum with my baby but I’ve had such good finds at this shop from shape-wear, formal wear, wallets, and jewelry.
The owner is a girl’s girl and the staff is friendly. I live in Chicago and make the 45min drive to her shop just to support than going to other stores or resorting to online shops.”

I did find a great deal on a pair of tennis shoes though so I now have two sets of new footwear.If they had more clothing in my size I would have stocked up on those, too. Their products are good, they have great variety, and this outlet store is well stocked!

“My daughter had a ruptured blood vessel in her brain six years ago that left her with very limited short term memory. This has really affected her life, especially making decisions, and I am always looking for ways to just lift her up. So a few days ago we got in the car and I said, “Angel, let’s go to Wheaton and find a store and buy you some clothes.” So off we went, and we parked, and there across the street was Jeans and a Cute Top! Oh my goodness, what a wonderful time we had. Jill was fabulous! We figured out that Angel looks best in winter colors - bold and bright. Jill searched her whole store and just brought everything that she thought would suit Angel. We left with three pairs of jeans and numerous tops and honestly, Angel looked like $1 million, which was exactly my intention when we walked in. Jill was so unbelievably helpful. We could never have made those decisions without her help. I just highly recommend this store and we’ll be back in March next year! I don’t see how you can go wrong shopping here. It is so full of beautiful things to wear.”

“Today, my friend and I decided to check out Chicago Fashion Outlet at Rosemont. We shopped from different retailers including outdoor gear shops. I noticed my wallet my missing. I was in full panic mode since my wallet had all my IDs, insurance cards, DL and some cash. My friend and I retraced our steps back into the different stores with no luck until we finally decided to go back to J Crew where I browsed earlier. Unbelievably, they had my wallet it was turned over by another shopper who found it! Melissa and Aiden are awesome we couldn’t thank them enough. I was in near tears from gratitude. J Crew is fortunate to have them. They are good people and represent excellent customer service. I hope J Crew would recognize their contribution to the store’s reputation. “Every time I shop at this location the customer service is excellent. Today and on previous visits Tally assisted me by setting my fitting room and finding outfits and clothes. She is great about asking the occassion/event and what look I'm going for. Once she has that info she goes to work! With the store having such a large inventory and tons of looks Im very grateful she assisted me today. When I was waiting a few minutes in line for a cashier she even called for backup. Elijah was my cashier who is always pleasant snd professional. My only con for the visit was that the music was too loud. In addition to Tally there were other staff members that offered assistance today. Every piece I bought today was picked by Tally except one. The staff my shopping experience easy and my vaca looks ??”

“First time visiting the store from Canada and first time in a store like this too. I didn't really know what to expect as I'm fairly inexperienced with this stuff (and by myself) but the staff were friendly and patient with me. They helped explain various sizing questions, product differences, stuff about inventory, shipping, what's popular, and more - cool stuff.Got to try on a few things to figure out my sizing in a playfully designed fitting room. Left with a couple boxes and a cute jumper. I wish I could've gotten more stuff but sizing inventory was limited during my visit, unfortunately.Will definitely visit again next time! In the meanwhile, I'll be stuck ordering online. Hopefully more Canadian distribution in the future!”
