The technician was very informative about my new phone and the issues I was having. I didn't get his name but it was around 7:00 and he made me happy about my new phone purchase

Cleveland is great! Usually when I go into a Verizon I am there for hours. I was in and out in less than an hour. Friendly service and clean. I had to wait a minute to go in because they were at capacity. I'm fine with this because it means they are taking precautions and cleaning in between customers.

I was told that the waiting time is one hour and it has been already almost two hours and every time I go to ask how much longer I am told 10 to 20 minutes ??♀️
