Like other reviews this is about ATT not this store. ATT is worst company ever. I've been trying for a month to cancel a landline for a vulnerable senior and they just keep saying it's done and keep billing him. I've spent over 3 hours on the phone and they still have not fixed it

I went here after my iPhone took a swim in the lake. The man/manager helping me (I want to say his name was Noah? He has a kid is what I remember...) was incredibly helpful, patient, and educational. Took the time to explain my phone insurance and how to get a replacement device. Would highly recommend him!!!!
