“wonderful! the man that lent me the truck and checked me out made the process short, sweet, and to the point. charged exactly what was talked about. i communicated that i was running i want to say maybe 30 mins late max to getting the truck back and he was very understanding, didn't even charge me (probably because no one was waiting, thankfully!) all in all, a really good experience. this happened two years ago, but i moved again recently and was reminded of this location, so i had to leave a review.”

I especially want to give a shoutout to Will for his help this past Monday. As someone who genuinely enjoys the driving experience of a sedan, it’s often frustrating when rental places try to force an SUV 'upgrade' on me. Despite how busy it was, Will actually listened to what I wanted. He went out of his way to dig through their limited Monday morning inventory and found me a sedan I was actually very happy to drive. He’s patient, professional, and really cares about the customer’s preference. If you need someone who will actually hear you out and get you the right ride, go find Will!”
