“I was pleasantly surprised to find out they carry disc-bound planner/notebook discs here. I was planning to drive out to Staples much farther away to get some because I needed a set to archive my 2023 planner because my current set is now being used for my 2024 planner (I'm a nerd and save all my old planners as though they were journals). Office Depot came through for me and I was able to get exactly what I needed for much less than any of the fancy planner/stationery companies on the internet.”

“First purchase. Item is unobtainium. Nowhere else in the country has any in stock and they were selling cheaper than I've ever seen it. I had to read over it several times to make sure I wasn't imagining things. This was around 8pm Eastern time. Within 30 minutes I get an email the order has shipped. That immediately raised some red flags. They didn't provide a tracking number but I checked the Fedex app and sure enough a label was created.I know there's a lot of negative reviews and this probably looks like a fake one but if you see my other reviews I am no stranger to writing really scathing 1 star reviews when it's warranted. I think I see what the problem is here. For starters, they're drop shipping. At least they did with my order. Less control over order fulfillment. And someone else brought up that they are requiring signature. On my order, they wrote in the address line 2 space "Signature Required" but they didn't actually select that option for the shipment. It was delivered, like practically all online orders, without a signature despite it saying signature required on the label. I don't know what they're trying to do with that. Maybe get signature service without paying for it but either way, there may be some truth to those other reviews.Posted July 2022. No customer service was required. Everything is subject to change without notice. Using a virtual card with auto locking feature isn't a bad idea given the iffy reviews but I'd order again.”

“Before going to this store I read some negative reviews and was prepared for a bad experience but I had to get a new phone and an IPad so I decided to go there anyway since it was close to my home. I made an appointment before for the evening hour on Saturday and ordered those items beforehand only for pickup. As soon as I entered the store a nice pleasant associate by the name Ash approached me with his nice smile and offered his help. I said that I have ordered some items for pickup only and asked him if it would be possible for him to actually help me to transfer data from both my old phone and an IPad and help me to connect to my phone carrier. Without hesitation he immediately assured me that he would provide me with any help needed. He took me to the payment center first where another pleasant person quickly checked my ID to verify the payment which took less than a minute and Ash brought me to the table to be seated and wait for the items I’ve ordered. They arrived in about just 3 minutes and Ash started to transfer the data and all other things necessary to complete the service. Everything went very quickly, he answered my every question and gave me a little presentation about my new purchases. All the time he was extremely helpful and pleasant. Then his manager Kevin approached the table and also was very nice and made sure everything was going well and smoothly. Then Ash brought all the other necessary things that I would need but haven’t ordered. He by himself installed the cover and the protective screen for the phone and went again through checking that everything is done properly and I have no other questions. I was absolutely blown away by the nice and helpful atmosphere in that store thanks to Ash and Kevin. And while Ash was doing setting up my purchases I’ve been observing other associates and they all looked to me very knowledgeable and nice and I could tell that the customers that they were helping were very pleased. I couldn’t be more grateful to Ash and his manager for making me a very happy customer that day. Not just I’m happy with my purchases but also I feel very satisfied as a customer that received a great personal service and complete satisfaction. Fantastic job! I would definitely recommend this store and would always return for the future shopping. This place is buzzing with the nice, energetic and helpful staff. I like to read Google reviews and get some opinions from other people but it looks like my own experience could give me an ultimate opinion about the business and the service. And it was absolutely amazing and top notch! Thank you Ash and Kevin!”

He resolved every issue and provided good coaching and encouragement for me, an admitted tech dinosaur.
