Apple Lincoln Park is an amazing store with friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable staff who are very helpful, attentive, and dedicated. The service is fine and smooth from check-in to out. The store has a good amount of employees. It offers a wide selection, including a lot of different iPhones, types, generations, and numbers, along with different charging accessories and other accessories. Customers can sit and use sitting charging available. The store features top trending things like the virtual microscope eye new thing for testing and trying out. Appointments are recommended to lessen waiting time, with morning arrivals suggested. Services include phone repairs, battery replacements, and new phone replacements. Staff inform customers about new AI features, awesome insurance program perks, and business insights. They also help sign up for store classes. The service is fast, and the staff addresses concerns, making customers feel confident.
While it may take more than one visit to resolve a repair issue, the staff are knowledgeable & very friendly to deal with. But I suggest an appointment for the best results.

Cold customer service Carlos melody and Danielle helped us today. We bought headphones here not long ago at all and they are going out, but with the help of these three they took care of it by replacing them with new ones and made it easy.
