Sein the owner happened to be in the store and assisted me with three lines and explained everything to his fullest capacity and made sure I had all that was needed before I left the store. “This is definitely the place to go if you need your phone repaired. I called and was told that my phone part was in stock and it could be repaired immediately on the Spot while I waited. I was told about 30 minutes and it took just that. The price was very reasonable and the customer service was outstanding. Businesses like this should exist everywhere in Chicago because they take care of their customers by being honest fair and true to their word. Great experience overall and I left with a parting gift and a warranty as well. I would definitely recommend.”

First thing I asked was is this the same owner from 5 years ago, yes she said.Once I needed a phone repaired and he sent me to a shop. “Ismael spent 1 1/2 hours fixing a problem someone else at Verizon created by transposing numbers. Ismael is conscientious and customer service oriented. Verizon business office and phone problem solvers could not do it after at least 30 phone call. Ismael is the best!!”
