“Many thanks to Abel, the manager of the 615 W. Pershing Rd facility in Chicago! He was kind, patient, intelligent and truly went above the beyond the call of duty to help us out. I can't praise him too highly. That he acted as if it was all in a day's work speaks volumes for the quality of Extra Space Storage. Kudos!”
“Betsy was very friendly and helpful. Explained all the terms on the agreement and provided a few tips for storing and accessing the building. Very clean place as well.”
“This storage facility is clean and easy to get to.
The staff are always polite and ready to help.
If you need more space, I recommend giving this place a try.”
“This was our first experience renting an RV, and it was amazing! Having the RV allowed us to visit numerous locations. We explored the Grand Circle and traveled through stunning landscapes. It was truly one of the best trips ever, and we are grateful for the opportunity!”
“My experience was top notch, I had a mechanic / tech that didn't try and upsale anything and he was transparent with me. He should me the broken mounts on my apu. I feel Perry didn't try to bs me and I believe that others could learn from this man. Very professional and kept me informed of the major problems that I had with my apu unit, actually showed the reason. Perry was very thorough and I recommend Gatway to any one. Wish they had people like Perry in every establishment like this.I hope gateway realizes that they have a 1 of a kind, and won't sugar coat and take off of any issue and will keep you in the loop, Perry is the man. Very satisfied”
“Carlee and Nicole are amazing! We recently purchased two 16 ft box trucks to deliver our recycled auto parts and Carlee and Nicole helped us select low mileage/late model trucks. From start to finish, the process was seamless and efficient. Communication was top notch! Most importantly, our drivers are so happy to be driving such quality vehicles!”
“I come here every single day to pick up U-boxes and Everytime I come I cannot be more pleased with the excellent customer service. Everytime I go to the south loop location I cannot wait too see Mia because she is always extremely helpful and makes my Visit go by smoother and quicker. She is my favorite U-Haul employee when going and she makes this locations name pop out in so many different ways!”
“Great experience with U-Haul Bronzeville! The staff went above and beyond to help with our truck rental and storage needs. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The location itself is easy to get to and well maintained, which made loading and unloading a lot less stressful during a busy move. Highly recommend this location if you need reliable truck rental or storage, the team here really knows how to take care of their customers.”

“Andy was incredible with us. They took their time with us and followed through with their word. They put a smile back on my daughter's face, after her first car she saved for many years trans blew. We will be doing business again with Midland Commercial Trucks & Hybrid Vehicles.”
“This is a review for Ryder Last Mile, Chicagoland area, Milwaukee Hub. Driver Erik & helper Carlos were great! They set up our son’s “big kid” bed and were very friendly.”
“The manager Jada in South Holland location was awesome, she went above and beyond to help us get a truck rental. Amazing customer service. Thank you for your help.”
“Great experience. Fast and friendly service with a reliable and clean vehicle. There is a gas station a block away which makes refueling easy and convenient. I would ABSOLUTELY use this facility again. Easy service from great people.”
“I was very confused on where to start the process of renting a storage but an employee named Freddy helped me out with all questions and concerns I had. He was super nice and had patience with explaining the step by step process! I left very happy and satisfied knowing that my belongings will be kept safe. If I could give 6 stars I WOULD.”
“I had a great experience at this location, unfortunately I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me (I think he was the supervisor or manager) but he and his team took care of me and were very friendly and had the truck ready early for me to leave.”
“I arrived and was immediately greeted by Norma. Friendly, Cheerful & Extremely Helpful. Allowed me to Rent a 10’ Truck for short move. Truly an asset to your Company.”
“Great customer service, fast, & friendly Staff....Had a great experience & everything was explained. Checking in & out was a breeze I highly recommend this location”
“This is my second review. My short time having a unit here was handled extremely well by the staff. Ms.Jasmine and the gentleman alongside her were punctual and adamant about service. Any problem or concern that may occur is handled promptly. All while remaining hospitable. If they go above and beyond for customers, it should positively reflect on their employment status and/or pay rate. Again, thank you guys so much. #unit2k”

“Great service! Dispatcher was friendly and helpful. They had a truck to me within 20 minutes and towed me all the way to the north side. Driver was also friendly, professional and clearly skilled. Highly recommend.”
“Extremely easy pick up/drop off process. I’ve always had clean vehicles and I’ve rented from here easily 10 times. They’re my go to.”
“Here, this workshop for me is very special, the people, the man, the owner, very kind, very attentive, and well, I'm going to go. I have been going for many years, and honestly, the man is a very good person. The workers, the few that there are, are very kind and well. Honestly, they are very upright because when you drive a car and you think it is not right, they always try to make sure your car is in perfect condition and they are also people who, when someone goes and says this is not good, the man always tries to fix the problem and That counts a lot like me, well, I went because I had already bought my battery there and the very kind man still did not have the coverage and he was very kind. He changed it for me and well, they are small things that one as a buyer or client Well, look for attention And the details are when you return. Honestly, I have been going to that workshop for about 20 years exactly and sincerely, you return to where they treat you well and give you good service and that the people are aware. I recommend it to you. Thank you very much.”

“It was a very easy and smooth deal. The place is clean and secure and I always felt safe going there at any time of a day or evening. The service is super nice! I definitely recommend Midway Storage! Thank you!”
“Crystal and the other lady were very nice and very professional they had my trailer up front ready to go I was in and out in 5 minutes that's what I call great service.”
“The truck I rented from Enterprise was clean and it was what I wanted a truck with a liftgate Penske would not rent me a truck with a liftgate so they lost out on my business. I have a fully endorsed CDL They said I had to have a commercial account to rent a truck with a liftgate
Enterprise didn't bother me with that piddly stuff and I got the job done.”
“The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. The young man that took care of me was great, explained the entire process to me, answered my questions, the wait was normal, but of course you can’t please everyone on there timeline. Highly recommend this location, also this was my 3 rd time using there location.”
