“They told me I had the wrong exhaust system to add to my car when really they didn’t know how to put it on. They waited until I came to pick my car up to say anything about it being wrong when I told them to call me if anything happens. I walked back in there and had to teach them. Showed them photos of how it is installed for them to actually do it. Took hours, which I expected. The manager was amazing. I think his name was Dave. Super polite and respectable man. Held conversations for hours and entertained me while I waited for my car to finish. (Since they messed it up prior and I had to sit there and wait). Pretty clean waiting room and they provided coffee which one lady said tasted horrible, but I don’t drink coffee.”

“Barry and the whole crew at Neal Tire in Shelbyville are absolute lifesavers! We brought our car in for a battery light and they quickly confirmed the alternator was going bad and they would order a replacement and we scheduled an appointment when they had availability. Our plan was not to drive it, however an emergency at home resulted in us stranded a few blocks between home and Neal. The allowed the van to be dropped off by the towing company and when I came in the next day to drop the keys and leave my phone number, Barry assured me they would do their best to finish it ahead of the scheduled appointment time. He even offered to get me a ride home as he could tell I had walked there. And he said they would make sure we had a ride to pick it up. Imagine my surprise when just hours later I had the call our van was done and ready! And as promised he sent someone so we didn't have to walk in this muggy heat.
There is a reason Neal is the first place I consider for our car needs in Shelbyville. I have always received good service and they are just good people. I wish I had been less scrambled so I could have thanked the mechanic personally. So if you see this, Thank You!”

My options were looking like cut the belt, break the child seat ($500 seat no thanks), or take it to Tesla. The man found a way to help me out by taking off a panel in the interior of the car. on a Tesla???? In shelbyville?? I honestly didn’t expect they’d be willing to even try on it. They got the problem fixed for me in 10mins, and i was back on my way. “We were looking for a replacement for our minivan and came across a Bronco on their website. At the time, the minivan was at their Sullivan shop.
I called the dealership and spoke to Jalon. He informed me that the vehicle was in Decatur, but could have someone go get it and have it in Sullivan by the time I got there. It took a little longer than that, but not much.
