Exceptional service — ask for Jose!
Jose, the store manager, truly went above and beyond for us. He did all of the heavy lifting—setting up our business account, adding 5+ lines, and making sure everything was done correctly and efficiently from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk us through every promotion available so we were getting the best possible deal.
His associate Jason was also helpful, but Jose absolutely led the experience and made the entire process seamless. Because of how well we were treated, we’re already planning to move our personal lines over from Verizon next.
If you want things done right and want someone who genuinely cares, Jose is your guy. Highly recommend this T-Mobile location!”

“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”

We'll Now i have all of them & xfinity was charging me for an extra cable box that I didnt have & he took that off my bill. He was great & such a wonderful help. I'll be going back to exchange my BF's cable boxes & internet because those are all old too. Yesterday I spent 20 min. On the phone trying to speak to a human, the automated crap is so annoying- after finally getting someone & speaking to them for 45 min with no Help for issue I just hung up. This place in burbank & all the workers are Awesome.. ?”
“Jesus was an amazing superstar of customer service. Very knowledgeable about the different phones they have available and the services they offer. I walked out with a phone within my price range as requested and surprisingly enough also switched my internet service to T-Mobile. T-Mobile internet is half of what I was paying for Xfinity. I highly recommend the store for its customer care and amazing internet.”

“Just moved to Chicago (first month here) and kept having phone issues. The manager with the cool hand tattoos helped me twice — she was amazing, patient, and actually fixed my problems. I forgot her name but she's the real reason for this 5-star review.
I came in 3 other times when she wasn't there, and honestly? Some of the team didn't even try to help. I'm not trying to single out everyone — if you have work ethic, this isn't about you. But if you don't… you know who you are. Customer support isn't easy, but come on.
