“Excellent service and high-quality printing! The team was professional, responsive, and delivered my order on time. The print quality exceeded my expectations, and they paid attention to every detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable printing services. Thank you for the great work”
“They got my office out of a really tricky situation back during the holidays and literally saved us with our holiday card order! Within minutes of calling we had 2 people emailing me already collecting details to rush our order along. They were so fast, the cards were so high quality, and we will be using Minuteman every year now for our big holiday order. Thank you Brad and Samantha!”
“Alpha Graphics took my messy file, edited the containing and gave me back beautiful 290 page books of precious family memories including a cover they designed no charge. I’m so pleased!”
“Mike and Bill were absolutely AMAZING to work with. Truly went above and beyond. They did not just simply print what was sent but made suggestions and offered better solutions than what our team created. I would highly recommend using Plum Grove and would hope all get the pleasure to work with Mike and Bill!”
“They did great work on our signs. They were super efficient and had a great attention to detail. They even fixed up a crooked sign for us!
We would highly recommend them!”
“Fantastic customer service. The price was fair, the knowledge was great and they delivered on time! I highly recommend Green World and their staff.

“I had a prepaid package to drop off, and all went very well. I entered the store, and seeing 2 customers ahead of me, I thought I might be waiting for a few minutes. One employee was working back behind the others, but he stopped what he was doing, and came forward to help me. I think that I was in the store less than a minute, and I was out and on my way home quickly. Nice clean store and outstanding customer service!”
“Chris and the crew were fantastic! They took time to understand my printing needs and limited funds, and I appreciate that. I'm so happy with how the prints turned out. Plus, both four-legged helpers are welcoming faces. I would totally go with Minuteman again!”

“This place is great for niche art supplies, they sell even large canvas the size of small cars. They also do printing reproductions and sell Warhammer minins and associated paints, quite the menagerie. Staff is very friendly as is the dog.”
“Our company has been using McKee printing for large format printing and their quality surpasses all others we've tried in the past. They are efficient, appropriately priced and always produce a high quality product. Beyond being masters in printmaking, the two owners are some of the most light hearted business owners I've ever met. Do yourself a favor and inquire with McKee printing today!”
“Great experience! Team posters made. VCP was creative on design and made suggestions to fit within our budget. Product turned out great. Definitely will order from again.”
“I’ve had photos restored, photos printed, and hundreds of print outs/copies done at Downtown Photo. I’ve been using the services there for years-even at the original location. I’ve used Jim to take photos of shows I’ve been involved with. Highly recommended!”
“I’m not sure who manages this location or who is responsible for training the team, but one thing I can say with complete confidence:
I visited during what seemed to be peak hours—around 5:30 PM—when the place was very busy. Despite that, the line moved almost immediately, and the entire team operated with remarkable efficiency.
What stood out even more was the professionalism combined with a genuinely friendly and welcoming attitude—something that, unfortunately, is not always common these days.
My sincere congratulations to everyone working there, especially the young team members. You are doing an outstanding job.”

“We are the best of the best printing company in mchenry county with quality customer service..notice how all the fake “bad reviews” all have the same amount of likes on them? “This FedEx Office has such an amazing team! Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind.
I was there for more than 20 minutes printing some documents, and during that time, I had the chance to watch how thoughtfully they treated every customer—with patience, care, and a smile. It was clearly a busy time of day, but even around 6 PM, the staff were still energetic, positive, and willing to help everyone.
I was so impressed that I had to write this review. If you need to print, ship, or take care of anything at FedEx, I highly recommend coming here. You’ll not only get your work done efficiently, but you’ll also leave with some positive energy!
Such a great team and such a great experience. Thank you for being so wonderful!”

“This is a shoutout to Owen at the UPS store in Fox River Grove. He was two weeks on the job and running the place ALONE! We brought him five large boxes three of which he had to pack. He was handling incoming patrons, trying to finish our boxes and answering phones and questions. It was a super busy day and he handled the work and himself very well. Shame on management for not having two people in the store. One for additional help and one for your employees safety.”
