“An employee named Jared or Jaren went above and beyond last week. I called exactly when they opened (and he answered) because I needed to print funeral programs for that morning. He said he was the only one in but that he’d try to get it done. Then, he called me back to tell me that he hadn’t received the file (I had made a ridiculous typo in the email). It was so incredibly thoughtful to follow up and to make sure the programs were printed on time. I’m really appreciative and will choose this location for any elective ship/print/etc needs going forward.”
“I've been doing business with this UPS store for over five years, and now I rent a mailbox here. Mary and every one of the staff work to be courteous and helpful, especially with print projects and when shipping awkward-sized items. I did see Mary working the counter at lunch by herself a few weeks ago, and even then she kept a pleasant demeanor while she served the line. I feel like this store appreciates and supports my small business in ways a mailbox normally doesn't.”

“Over the past 5-6 years, I have visited this UPS store 7 to 9 times per month. The majority of the time, I just make a few self-serve photocopies, but I have also sent a few packages. This store is always busy. Rarely do I visit and there are not two or three people entering as I enter. Customers are handled efficiently and with courtesy. I would recommend this store to anyone!!!!”

“I go to this UPS location about once or twice a month and I have always received good service. I often bring in Amazon returns and the process is quick and painless. And their Notary service is very convenient and inexpensive.”
“I visit this Lake Zurich store every month or 2, and always get great service. Today I carved out some time to write a review. When I have tried to make double-sided copies in the past, I always end up wasting a few trying to make things right. Today Steve saw ( or sensed) that I could use some help making copies. I gladly accepted his help, and I was in and out in a flash...my 60 plus copies in a bag which Steve "automatically" supplied. Thanks to all involved in my occasional, successful visits to this store.”
“The associates at this location are very pleasant. I came in with an amazon return but I did not realize it said I needed to pack it. Manager Larry told me he would tape my box this time for me for free but politely advised me for next time to follow the instructions to avoid future charges. I thought it was really kind he took the time to offer me a free service that most places wont (Post office cough cough) as well as help me pay better attention for next time I return more stuff. It’s not always what you say but how you say it and I definitely think he has mastered his customer service skills!! Thanks for your efficiency and your kindness Larry!”
“The staff here was really kind besides the gentleman with the red hair. He was condescending and a bit rude. I came in to see my order and I ordered cardstock, but I apparently didn't understand how the poundage worked. I ordered the wrong one. I was going to ask how much of an upcharge it was, but the other worker was kind enough to reprint it for me which was so kind considering it was my error. I felt bad them wasting it. The red headed gentleman just lacked tack. He was curt and talked down to me. A little kindness in your tone goes a long way.”

“I had to ship some important documents that had to arrive at destination within 10 days. With international shipping, most options are going to be a higher expense than domestic shipping, but that is to be expected. I had previously sent documents via both DHL and UPS. The UPS is typically cheaper, but my last and only experience shipping internationally with UPS was an absolute headache. My experience shipping with DHL was much better. I stopped by Pack N Mail since it was conveniently close and on route for my other errands. Julie gave me good insight as to the merits of shipping using DHL even though it would be a bit higher expense. I opted to go with her recommendation and I was pleased that the documents arrived as scheduled and thanks to Julie's detailed instructions on the mailing label, the recipient was notified of package arrival and had no issues in picking up the package. The communication was top notch, which made this experience pleasant. Even though the expense was higher by about $100 when I compared the cost of shipping with DHL versus the cost of an earlier shipment using UPS, that earlier UPS package sent from a UPS Store location ended up costing me more than that in international phone charges to track marrying up the shipment with the recipient. As such, I would recommend utilizing Pack N Mail for your shipping needs and they also offer notary public services for those who need that for documents.”
