“Been coming here since they opened the location. Sales staff are very good people who will go above and beyond to help customers. Forklift drivers work very hard and will do anything they can to help load product. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for salt / parts.”
“Just wanted to compliment Virginia at the Frankfort Home Depot. We had a problem with a tractor delivery being damaged and she went above and beyond to help us. Frankfort did not have the tractor in stock so they found one at the Homer Glen store. Since they delivered it we were told to contact them. The Homer Glen store associate was rude and did not want to help us at all since it was purchased at Frankfort
She also told us that no other stores had them in stock. When we asked her name, she hung up.
Virginia at Frankfort found us one in the Orland store.
