“Very quick repair and PlayStation works great. Only thing I would put as a complaint is the barcode sticker they put on the device does not easily come off and leaves sticky residue when taken off. Wish it was a clean pull of sticker. Everything else was a great experience.”

“I went to have fiber installed in a new second home near our family. Wireless customers are supposed to get a monthly discount on new fiber installation. I was denied because our existing wireless service is registered at a different address. I reminded them about AT&Ts pledge that existing and new customers are treated the same. Tiffany assisted me. She understood my point and persisted in pursuing my claim until I was satisfied. Tiffany was an excellent customer advocate who is experienced and knowledgeable. What could have been a bad experience became positive. Thank you Tiffany!!”

After finishing with the other customer, she came over to us. We explained to her what we wanted to do. She came up with a better solution to our situation. She took her time and made sure we understood everything. The customer service was superb!”
