“My phone locked up on me because I had added a pin number for an app I was trying to open. I had no idea how to unlock my phone. I havw lots of memories and apps that I use. Google said the store closed at 8pm. It closes at 7pm. I got there around 6:40pm. Matt took his time to look and discover what had happened to my phone. He fixed it for me and I am so thankful for his care and concern. You have a great employee there. Thank you Matt!!!”

“I brought my daughters phone here to get it fixed and was told they may or may not have time to fix it the same day. When I brought it in it was about 5:55 pm and they close at 7. I was worried I would have to leave the phone there overnight. Thank GOD for Jeanette, shortly after leaving (30 minutes later) she text me it was time to pick up the phone. Such expedient service. I will come here again because note my screen is cracked ?.”

“I went to have fiber installed in a new second home near our family. Wireless customers are supposed to get a monthly discount on new fiber installation. I was denied because our existing wireless service is registered at a different address. I reminded them about AT&Ts pledge that existing and new customers are treated the same. Tiffany assisted me. She understood my point and persisted in pursuing my claim until I was satisfied. Tiffany was an excellent customer advocate who is experienced and knowledgeable. What could have been a bad experience became positive. Thank you Tiffany!!”
