Since shoe size was not in stock they ordered them from the warehouse to be delivered to my home at no charge since I already made the trip to the store once. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Nice!”

“Me and my sister went to get new running shoes. I was just trying to get back out after breaking my foot and she is running a marathon and wanted a new good pair to train in. The service was excellent, the person who helped us analyzed our gait, foot shape and size, and our pressure map. We both tried on multiple pairs at the behest of the worker and found shoes that were great for us! They sold the shoes at a very reasonable price. I live about an hour away and plan to make the drive back the next time I need a new pair of shoes!”

“Kyle was super helpful! I didn't even know they did boot repair. I have a pair of ariats that I literally walked the souls off of but couldn't come to part ways with them and Kyle went above and beyond to help out. Very reasonable price for the amount of work that he has to do to them. When I go to pick those up I'll actually probably be walking out with another pair of new ones.Update.... Just picked up my boots that were beyond repair in my eyes. Not only were they done way faster than promised but he did an awesome job! “I hurried home just so I can write a review on the wonderful Olivia! She was pleasant, patient, a multi-tasker, superb communication skills and excellent customer service. The store was super crowded and she had coworkers but they were not of any service. She ended up helping about 4 of us simultaneously and got us all fitted and out in under 10 minutes! Wow! I would hope she is the store manager, if not then she needs a promotion!”

“The young manager lady who came out from the back to help me with my grandmother was so kind and beautiful. I realized when she came out she brought a positive atmosphere to the store and many other customers were very happy to see her. Even the little Kiddos running around the store trying to get her attention at the time was cute. If I were you guys I’d put her at the very top of the food chain. I’ve had help from other associates but none matched what she brought to the table. Her name was Alexis and my grandmother always ask for her!”

“I just have to give credit where it is due! Keisha went over and beyond the call of duty to make my day great. I’ve been sick in bed for a week , sent my daughter for a pair of boots but when she got home i saw they were damaged. This was the last pair in my size. The next morning i called and got keisha, who call every store to find me that boot. She was so patient and helpful. She found the boot and had them to hold it . I was so happy to see you had a machine at your location to measure my feet accurately so I was able to get shoes that were right for me. Not only for the work that I do but also to provide stability and comfort. The gentleman Howard who helped us was great. I have found some great deals in the clearance section & on two different occasions- associates have been very helpful at check out. Online returns, price matching, always trying to find a size or something that will work for me to order or another store. They call for help when the line gets long. They are really attentive & I appreciate that! Customer service here is still alive.”

When I mistakenly walked into the Aerie side to pick up my online order, I received no welcome in from the young lady but when the Caucasian ladies entered the store they received a nice welcome. Please train better customer service on that side and hire non racist young ladies.Thank God I received excellent customer service from the African American young lady on the American Eagle side. A very warm welcome.”
