“I ran in just to grab a sandwich and upon leaving, my car wouldn't start, I was scared n cold but the gentleman working the Register saw that nobody offered any help so he got someone from the subway shop to run his register while he ran out and jumped my car. I asked if there was anyone I could share this with, like his boss and he just smiled and said please drive home safely. I really hope his supervisors will read this and recognize his above and beyond service. I'm not from this state but will return with people like are here. Tonight and from now on I'm gonna do the pay it foreward thing. So thank you, gas station man, n thanks chicago”

“I stop here quite a bit because it's near work. Probably the least run down of the small local gas stations. Majority of the staff is friendly. Would get 5 stars if it wasn't randomly closed in the early morning hours”

“Probably the best experience I've had at a Shell Gas Station. I got locked out of my car and had to request a lockout which was 1 hour for someone to come by and unlock my car for me, I asked inside the Shell if they would be okay with me staying inside while I wait for someone to come by and help me out and they were more than happy to do so. I waited roughly an hour and the hospitality while I was waiting was exceptional. The same associate that greeted me offered me something to drink and even offered suggestions to how I can get help quicker. One of the best experiences I've had at any gas station, I would highly recommend going inside if there's anything they could help you out with even if it's the same situation as I was in.”
