Wow she has excellent customer service skills, so she made up for the person that didn't want to help me at check out. I just love when someone just gives excellent service. “Had a great experience with them they noticed I ran over something and when I went through the car wash the manager noticed it wasn’t cleaned off and came to me and told me to go through again to re power wash the area and he actually went over there to do 1 side as the other guy did the other. “I know you are probably wondering why I am giving five stars to a gas station. This Shell is selling gas like so many others. The set up itself is strange as it is small in terms of getting to the pumps and the ramps to get there off of Mannheim road are very steep. You can't just power your way up the entrance to the pump as you may scrap the bottom of your car. There is small store but I have never been in it, but I have seen a LOT of people that pull in here to go to the store that never get gas. I do want to go in to see if they sell any type of wine as they do advertise that they sell beer. But there are several things that make this Shell station one I go to a lot: 1 - the prices are very competitive for the area and if you have rewards card through Jewel, you get discounted prices on your gas based on your spending. I have gotten as much as twenty cents off of the price for a gallon of gas. 2 - I have never had an issue with performance of my car with this station's gas. I have had issues in the past with some of the stations where it caused my car to pull and drag. 3 - this is the only station that I am aware of that regularly cleans and disinfects it's pumps. And when I say clean, I mean the entire pump, from top to bottom. During these times of COVID, that is amazing. I have seen this being done on several occasions and the people performing the task have been thorough on wiping everything down.”

“I visited this store for first time I can say that the customer service was top notch I was unable to find one item the lady at the register saw me and she helped me out , she was so polite and really very helpful and everything was so nicely organised and clean store they are doing a GREAT JOB….. I will definitely visit this store again and would recommend more customers to visit this store.”
“I’m thrilled with the service from Mario and Ismael! I’ve had my tire light on for a few days, even after my sensors were checked at Costo two days ago. The issue was resolved but today(two days later), the light came on again. Mario came outside, took his time, checked and rechecked sensors, and voila! Like magic! No appointment needed! Problem solved, except engine light came on…Mario told me to come back IF engine light is still on tomorrow. Service with (literally) a smile. He made me feel at ease knowing my tires were ok. I LOVE these guys at Costco Tires at Melrose Park!”
