“I live in California but I will always go out of my way to shop at Always In Style when I’m visiting Geneva. I bought a nice wool blazer here that has become one of my favorite pieces and I get compliments on it every time I wear it. The selection is excellent, the sort of curated and organized collection that makes me want to look at every piece, and the prices are very fair and reasonable. There’s a great mix of styles, brands, sizes, and plenty of unique pieces to fit any budget and aesthetic, and the service is wonderful as well.”

“Talbots has lovely clothes, and the selection is always changing. They offer a wide variety of sizes and the staff is very helpful. Their prices are in keeping with their higher quality, but there's always a sale going on (25-40%). And if you get their credit card, the incentives are even better. If you join their mailing list, you'll get a new catalog magazine every 2 weeks.”

“I took my Dad (who is very unsteady and uses a walker) to pick out some stuff for my Mom for Christmas. He didn't want to walk back to the car so I ran out to the car to bring it right to the door and when I pulled up one of the women who helped us (short brunette with glasses) was walking him out to the curb. She held the door and then steadied him with her arm the rest of the way to the car. It's this type of "above and beyond" customer service that needs to be recognized. It was just so sweet. Thank you and I'm sure my Mom will love her top!”

“Shopped in store today and 5 stars truly for Petra who helped me out & turned my 1 star to 5. I walked in here and immediately felt judged by one of the associates in the store as she looked at my mom and I up and down and did not even greet us… I immediately felt judged uncomfortable and decided to shop around myself. Another associate walked around me never acknowledging me or asking if I needed help, just blank stares. I had exchanges to make so I was looking for the same items just in different sizes. When I was ready I walked to the front and luckily Petra stepped in with a smile and offered to help me check out. Her vibe was instantly more warm and friendly, she even went above and beyond to help me find another size of some leggings I thought they didn’t have. Her customer service and friendliness is how I would love to feel anytime I walk into an Aerie/offline/AE store. I try to stay away from the stores and shop online for this exact reason… so many thanks to Petra for turning a sucky shopping visit to a better one. Those other associates should revisit how to be kind to customers that don’t fit their typical stereotype! Thanks again Petra!”

“Flourish is a charming women’s clothing boutique with a good selection of colorful and floral clothing, jewelry, and bee-inspired products such as soaps and creams. I liked that many of the designs felt fresh and different from what you usually find in larger stores. The owner was very kind and helpful. She explained how she curates the collection based on trends from top-tier brands though keeping the prices accessible. When I purchased a necklace, she pointed out that the design resembles those by Van Cleef & Arpels and even showed me pictures of the original. She also gave me some ideas for how to wear it, a thoughtful detail that I appreciated. The store also has beautiful cards and a very distinctive boutique-style decoration that fits nicely with the atmosphere of downtown Geneva. There is a nice variety of small gifts and accessories, so it is worth taking some time to browse. I did not find many pieces that were my size or quite my style during this visit, but I still enjoyed exploring the store and supporting a local business. Overall, Flourish is a pleasant place to discover colorful clothing, jewelry, and gifts, especially if you enjoy boutique-style shopping and more distinctive designs.”

“I have been on a huge weightloss journey and needed new bras for an upcoming wedding I am attending. I had called this location to verify that they do fittings and Allison answered and answered all my questions and told me to ask for her when I got there for her to help me. I must have been there for over an hour and she was absolutely wonderful! So patient while she was helping me and multiple other people at the same time. I walked away with four new bras that will work with me through the rest of my weightloss journey and I will definitely be back when its time to find the perfect bra when it comes to my wedding. She was delightful to work with and I will definitely be back to see her! Thank you Allison! You were great!”

“Eddie's has super cute clothes and items and I adored it. It was a little pricey but most stuff seemed to be pretty good quality. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that the employees just kinda death stared me the whole time. Like, I didn't do anything bad, I was just roaming. I didn't try to steal anything and I haven't since I was like 5 and thought the candy by the register was free. Other than that a super cute collection of stuff and great to treat yourself.”

“I think it’s quite silly for all the other stores in Geneva Commons to close at 9PM but your store closes at 8PM. I drove 30 miles to go to your store but you were closing in 5 minutes, and I was told immediately upon stepping through doors. The hours aren’t even displayed anywhere. I had a great experience with the staff- I was trying to decide between two sizes of a pair of jeans and they genuinely helped me figure out what fit better & what I felt most confident in. I’ve gotten jeans & a couple of cute tops from here and the quality is amazing. I visit every time I’m in town, and I still have clothes I bought from here 4 years ago. The quality of their clothing is amazing (just follow the instructions on the tags)!!”

“Denise’s Adornments is a very interesting women’s boutique with a very distinctive aesthetic. Almost all of the clothing is in white, beige, cream, and other pale tones, something I find very unique and authentic to the identity of the store. They have a large collection of cute, very well curated dresses, sweaters, blouses, and jewelry, mostly in prairie and cowboy-inspired styles. The store has a clear Christian and Catholic identity, with God-inspired quotes and products throughout the shop. They also carry Christian journals, devotionals, and hats with faith-inspired messages. The atmosphere is very poetic and beautifully decorated, and they play Christian music, so everything feels thoughtfully connected to the overall concept of the store. Well done! I was initially attracted by the 40% off rack outside the shop. I ended up buying a couple of pieces because I really liked them. My only concern is the quality relative to the prices. While the designs are gorgeous, many of the items I checked were made in China, and some felt a little pricey for the materials. I hope the pieces I bought last well because they are really cute. Overall, this is a charming boutique with a strong identity. The clothing, decoration, music, and faith-inspired products create an atmosphere you don’t find in many stores. The staff were very friendly and charming. It is definitely worth stopping by if you like prairie or western-inspired clothing and appreciate a Christian-oriented shop.”
