“I experienced courteous and pleasant customer service. I had a very large box in my arms when I approached the door of the UPS location. An employee was kind enough to open the door for me. I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by those working inside as well. I would definitely recommend this location.”

“Looks like any other UPS stores conveniently located close to major street. Staff very pleasant to deal with and I must have come during slow times (10am) I was the only person there. Now for some negative, during peak hours parking probably is nightmare as there are some busy businesses around so not ideal for quick in and out experience. Probably best to come here morning hours.”
“I just had a GREAT experience with this location. I had an issue tracking a package. The person (did not get a name) - assisted me. I had to disconnect - but this person (who is great) called me back to make sure she didn't leave a loose end. I appreciate this a great deal. I would say that these guys rock!”

“Consistently the nicest UPS store I’ve been too. I’m so glad it’s here in Bartlett. I believe it’s owned by a husband and wife, both who are so welcoming. I use to go more consistently for work related reasons and now just on occasion and they are still so consistent and kind. Today especially the lady( so sorry I don’t know her name) helped me out with an Amazon return, and she really didn’t have to. It saved me a lot of time and headache and I really appreciate it.
