“Needed a trailer hitch for a bike carrier. Called around and priced out. $100 less than some other private owned business, $15 more than U-haul. Went because it was the closest to me. Dropped my car off said they could start on it tomorrow morning. About an hour later or so, got a call. Hitch installed! Awesome price! Awesome service!”

“Great UHAUL location in Batavia. I have used them probably 7 or more times. Moved my Dad out of his home and into an assisted living facility and rented a truck from them twice this week.Always clean and trucks are always ready for quick pick-up. Friendly staff. Highly recommend! There are always stressful things when moving, but this experience is not one of them.”

“Clean vehicle. Easy process. Great customer service from Ben.At the location of In Towne Self Storage, with ITSS spots reserved for parking. We were able to park our car in one of these spots while we used a truck for a local transport. Very handy!U-Haul texts, which include a vehicle inspection to complete 30 minutes after you pick up (and are already driving), aren't helpful. But that's corporate; not a problem unique to this location.”

“This was one of the quickest and best experience I have had in renting a cargo van. Ms. Arruda was very polite and had everything ready when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. I easily returned it a few hours later and after hours. The few dollars more was totally worth it to transport my valuable furniture in a CLEAN vehicle. Highly recommended. Don't settle for the dirty trucks down the street, go for Penske instead!”
