I can’t say enough good things about this boutique! From the moment I walked in, the owner greeted me with such warmth and genuine kindness — it immediately felt like more than just a shopping trip. I came in looking for a dress to wear to a wedding, and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. Her eye for style, attention to detail, and supportive guidance made the experience feel personal and effortless.
What truly touched my heart, though, was how she helped my husband surprise me with a stunning necklace. She coordinated everything quietly and beautifully, and when he presented it to me in the shop, I was completely speechless. It was one of those rare, joy-filled moments I’ll never forget.
The boutique is gorgeous, well-curated, and filled with pieces that feel both special and wearable. But it’s the owner’s heart and care that make this place truly stand out.

“Talbots has lovely clothes, and the selection is always changing. They offer a wide variety of sizes and the staff is very helpful. Their prices are in keeping with their higher quality, but there's always a sale going on (25-40%). And if you get their credit card, the incentives are even better. If you join their mailing list, you'll get a new catalog magazine every 2 weeks.”

“I went shopping for a party and I asked Katherine for her opinion, she was very friendly and helpful. I found the perfect jumpsuit for my event but they didn't have my size in the store. Katheryn called other stores to check if they had my size and when she found it, she put a hold on my jumpsuit.”
“I think it’s quite silly for all the other stores in Geneva Commons to close at 9PM but your store closes at 8PM. I drove 30 miles to go to your store but you were closing in 5 minutes, and I was told immediately upon stepping through doors. The hours aren’t even displayed anywhere. Like I said I think that’s silly.”

“Allison the manager was incredibly nice and I was so grateful to be in the store when she was working. I was able to experience the true way someone should be treated, and it felt so good to be in my favorite store surrounded by someone WILLING to help. She had me in almost tears because I had the worst day and she just brightened the room with her attentiveness. Not only was she gentle and respectful with her words, nevertheless she accommodated to my needs; as every customer should feel walking through a store. I have been shopping at soma for years for this reason, the immediate attention and persuasiveness they carry because they love what they do. This manager also addressed a concern I had and ended up giving me a discount for my troubled experience.. TALK ABOUT HAVING EMPATHY for a customer!! This will be my forever favorite location & I was in shock that I never met Allison before! Now, I will always boast about this particular manager (Allison). For two reasons, she made my experience 100% better than the previous time. It was so pleasant to see someone who really cares about what they do, and you can always tell with the vibes they portray. She also reminded me why I keep coming back! HUGE KUDOS to this manager and I really hope she receives the recognition she deserves, because you don’t come across a patient & compassionate soul like Allison very often. Love love loved her professionalism and patience to readily assist to my needs. “I took my Dad (who is very unsteady and uses a walker) to pick out some stuff for my Mom for Christmas. He didn't want to walk back to the car so I ran out to the car to bring it right to the door and when I pulled up one of the women who helped us (short brunette with glasses) was walking him out to the curb. She held the door and then steadied him with her arm the rest of the way to the car. It's this type of "above and beyond" customer service that needs to be recognized. It was just so sweet. Thank you and I'm sure my Mom will love her top!”

“I love Cali & chance! The atmosphere is amazing and the clothes are so cute. I had a great experience with the staff- I was trying to decide between two sizes of a pair of jeans and they genuinely helped me figure out what fit better & what I felt most confident in. I’ve gotten jeans & a couple of cute tops from here and the quality is amazing. I visit every time I’m in town, and I still have clothes I bought from here 4 years ago. The quality of their clothing is amazing (just follow the instructions on the tags)!!”
