“I want to say how much I appreciate the help Justin A. provided today. As I was checking out I inquired about the veterans discount to which he verified my status from my license. I was having trouble with my debit card. I tried it several times but it was not being approved. At that time another Auto Zone member came over to help. Justin stepped over to see if he could get my card to process. He then provided the other Auto Zone member his Auto Zone discount card for me to receive the employee discount. I was getting ready to try one more time with my card except this time I was going to use my pin.
Justin pulled his wallet out and began to remove his own bank card to pay for me. I told him no he didn't need to do that and he asked me if I was sure. I told him thank you very much, but no, and finally my transaction was processed.
I shook his hand and left the store impressed with his kindness. What a great employee and person Auto Zone has! I'm writing this review because I believe the management should know about this above and beyond service, but more importantly, person they have! Thank you Justin.”

“I am very pleased with the service and result of my car repair. Mike the manager was very helpful. I had backed into something and caused a dent in my bumper. Since my car is 9 years old yet looks very good for its age, I wanted to have it repaired if possible avoiding getting a new bumper as money was an issue. Mike has a process which does the repair and the bumper looks great with only a few scratches. His charge was very reasonable saving me a lot of money. He also provided me a ride home and back since it would have been too long for me to wait there and I was unable to find someone to take me home and back. I appreciate his willingness to help me in whatever way possible. I recommend this body shop and its personnel.”
