3730 S State Rte 157, Glen CarbonThe Cabin at Judy Creek is one of those places that just *feels right* the moment you walk in. Whether you are heading out for a laid-back date night, catching up with friends, or just want a chill spot to grab a drink after work, this place nails it.
First off, the vibe is awesome. The building has a cozy, rustic look with tons of warm wood and soft lighting. Its big enough to feel lively but still has that tucked-away, hidden gem feel. If the weathers good, grab a table outside the patio is beautiful and perfect for a long evening of hanging out.
The food? Totally hits the spot. Their smoked meats and sandwiches are next-level, and the sides arent just filler everything is fresh and full of flavor. The appetizers are great for sharing (bacon-fat popcorn is a must-try), and the entrees come in generous portions thatll actually fill you up.
Drinks are another win. They keep a solid craft beer list and pour some excellent cocktails. The bartenders know their stuff and are happy to help you find something new.
And the staff ties it all together friendly, quick, and genuinely happy to have you there.
Bottom line: great food, great drinks, great people. Five stars, no question The Cabin is the kind of place youll keep coming back to.

2392 S State Rte 157, Glen CarbonThis place is absolutely gorgeous ? the inside seating was spacious and the outside seating was exceptional ? great job to the design team.Thers a bar thats accessible from the outside seating area. There was also live music. We visited on Saturday after 3pm and there was not wait time. I had the burnt ends and 1/2 slab of rib which both were delicious. My friend had 1/2 of a chicken which he said was amazing,I will say they flavor threw out the chicken was yummy. Sides baked beans where yummy,potatoe salad not to my liking,Mac and cheese yummy.We also had cornbread,it had small pieces of peppers in it and corn.
This place id definitely recommend also its family friendly? Let's not forget how attentive the waitress was from the young lady taking the food order to the young lady who made my drink10/10 id definitely recommend!!
