“I like this bank because of the diversity of the staff. Most organizations feel that diversity only means White, Asian, and Indian or Pakistani, diversity means all ethic groups are working together as this particular location exemplifies where everyone feels comfortable interacting with the same type of diverse group of customers that enter this bank.
The staff at this bank are courteous and professional this was not the case numerous years ago. The only reason I cannot give this bank 5 stars is not because of the staff, but on a more corporate level the bank as a whole, diety not properly disclosing hidden fees when transferring funds from a regular savings account to your regular checking account I find that outlandish and unethical.
