“Had a great experience at Fleet Feet. They had scanned my daughter’s feet for spikes and then offered her a number of options and talked through the similarities and differences.
We finally settled on those shoes. When we bought the shoes a few weeks later, the gentleman that worked with us was professional, kind, and educative. He took the time to show us the cross country spikes and explain how they were different from regular running shoes, how to put them on, and then led my seventh grade daughter through all that. He showed how the spikes are put on the shoes and gave us separate bags for the different kinds of spikes. He had welcoming energy and facilitated our checkout asking if we remembers and giving us discounts for being members and because my daughter is a student. Good energy, educated and practical approach, and a kindness go along the way in my book.”

“We were pleasantly surprised with our appointment at David's Bridal. David's offered a good variety of both dresses and price points. The highlight of our visit was the assistance from Sadie. Sadie, was patient and quick to make helpful suggestions, demonstrating a breadth of knowledge and understanding of wedding gowns and body types. She was pleasant, respectful of our budget and tireless in her assistance. We were so glad to have her help us and it truly did create the special experience we were hoping for. And although I understand David's is a discount bridal store, just some simple lighting adjustments, and a few updates to improve the aesthetics would be so helpful. Also, as much as the carpet at the Naperville location was in need of a cleaning, we did not appreciate the crew coming in to evaluate carpet stains right behind us during this experience and then begin to commence cleaning while the store was still open and while two young women were still trying on dresses. I would still recommend checking out David's Bridal, especially if you're able to schedule with Sadie.”

“I visited the store for the first time this evening, and I was blown away! After over 10 years of struggling with flat feet, foot pain, and back issues, I finally decided to check it out.
Nolan, our associate, was fantastic. He performed a thorough foot scan for both me and my husband, tailoring the shoe selections perfectly to our needs. He also helped me find insoles today and helped me ordered a different color shoe for me, and allowing me to pay when I pick them up.
Nolan even found a great pair of shoes for my husband, who has extra-wide feet and often struggles to find comfort. Now that I’m walking dogs more in the neighborhood, I can’t thank him enough! I’ll definitely be recommending this store to everyone!”

She passed on so much information that we have never heard before and this is our third pointe shoe fitting. “Yesterday I was fortunate enough to go into your VonMaur Store in Bloomington/Normal Illinois. It should be noted that my friend and I received incredible customer service from Karen in women’s clothing, Ann in Jewelry and from a gentleman who helped us in Men’s Clothing. All three Sales Reps were juggling other people while we were shopping (and asking questions as well) and they showed extreme adaptability, knowledge of inventory, patience, and kindness. We were seriously going to walk out with nothing when Karen asked us to try a couple of different dresses and in different sizes and to make a long story short, we both bought the last dress that each of us tried on because of her incredible salesmanship and knowledge of the product, material and fit! A great experience to shop in your stores and she even surpassed the attention test that I always attributed to only boutiques.”
