“I originally tried Mayday out because because it's a couple blocks from my work, but twice now I was stuck and had to have it dropped off there with no notice. They've been able to absorb it into their workflow, figure out the issue and turn it around so fast. This last time, they fixed my problem, and did 2 other services I knew I needed and still got it back to me in 24 hours.
Very honest people. Never tried to sell me a service I didn't need (talked me out of one I thought I wanted and didn't need) and the prices aren't buried under a dozen upcharges and mystery fees.
On my 2nd car with them now, and so long as I can get my car there, Mayday will be the only place I want working on it.”
“My young son and I were driving to the Shedd Aquarium from Waukesha, WI when my check oil light came on. I will admit that I am completely ignorant when it comes to just about anything with cars, so I had no idea what kind of damage I could be doing to the car to continue driving, and I was a good 2 hours from home. I happened to find Kris Touhy Auto because I searched for a BP gas station close to me along my route -- and sure enough attached to the BP was this auto shop. I was shaken, I was embarrassed, I was rushed -- and the two men in the shop (an older gentleman and a younger man) immediately stopped what they were doing and both came out to check my oil level and fill it up -- for like pennies! They even showed my son (and me) how to do it. I can't say enough good things about these men and this shop. It seems like a simple, easy thing for most, but they saved the day for me, and it had a huge impact on my day. If I lived closer, you'd be my go-to! Thanks, gentlemen.”

“We had a horrible night when a tub of white paint fell off a truck into the street and hit our car. 1/2 the car was covered in paint. We frantically drove here hopping to clean the car. They were closed but when seeing our car they quickly brought us back and 5-6 young men working her got almost all of the white paint cleaned off my car before it was too late. You guys are the best!!! Thank you again”

“As the other gas stations have closed because of poor management this is the place to stop when travelling up and down from the Ottawa valley to the st Lawrence area. So much stuff, some useful some not, but has that kitch feeling that makes you want to buy. Needs to have EV Chargers to be the Kool kid... When when that be?? Chip trucks for hot snacks. Place can be very busy.”

“Lately, my car's engine has been dying and all the lights on the dashboard turn on while I'm still driving. The engine turns back on with no problem, but it happens randomly. I didn't know how much the dealer was going to charge but, I want to stop by repair shop first. Easy Car Repair mechanic wasn't sure he could fix the problem, but he said he would try. A couple of days later, he told me to give it a try and the car rides so smoothly now. He only charged $180 for it.Thank you so much!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic”

I have a 2011 Acura MDX and Sargon and Omar are absolutely amazing in finding the issues and actually fixing them the first time! “I live very close so I come here a lot. Never had any issues with gas pumps or anything else. They're open very late and all the guys that work here are cool. Best music out of any gas station I've been to.”
“A smaller gas station than some of the others along 41, they're still one of the better stations. The pumps here are FAST - I can fill up my tank faster than most of the other stations. Prices are fair, for a station right on the expressway, and you can save if you get a car wash after filling up. Their automated car wash system - A Ryko SoftGloss MAXX 5 brush friction wash system - is available 24 hours, and does a really good job for such low prices. They have a coin-op vacuum cleaner and air pump around behind the mini-market. The mini-mart is definitely miniature, but still well stocked given the limited area. The staff are all really friendly, too. This gas station is connected, by a small road in the back, to the Taco Bell and Wendy's - making it a nice late night destination to refuel your vehicle and your belly.”
