“I’ve rarely had issues with customer service, but my experience today around 1:30 PM was deeply disappointing. The cashier I interacted with was visibly impatient and spoke to me in a rude and dismissive tone regarding my method of payment. She did not acknowledge my polite greeting, which immediately set an uncomfortable tone.
As a Muslim woman who wears hijab, the interaction felt influenced by implicit bias toward my identity and intersectionality. Being treated differently based on appearance or background is unacceptable, and no customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected in this way.
This experience was distressing enough that I now feel hesitant to use non–self-checkout lanes. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces expectations around professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and respectful treatment of all customers.
Other than this one experience I have nothing but great feedback to give for the past four and a half years shopping at this Target location!”

“My wife and I went out on Thursday July 2 to run some errands. Didn't plan to stop into Mattress Firm but we did as we were wanting a new bed. Anyway Sanjeev Gupta met us at the door. He was great, we explained our situation and he understood exactly what we were looking for. He showed us 2 different types of bed explaining each one. We went home thought about it and called him to see when he would be there on Friday July 3rd. We told him we would be in. A crazy storm moved through the area on the 3rd and the store lost power. He called us to let us know so we didn't make an unproductive trip. We went in on July 4th and sealed the deal. I think Sanjeev went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Both times I purchased large furniture and all the pieces arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Both times the sales person on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful and courteous. Evan at the front desk was an amazing help. He was able to find some extra glides and provided them to me at no cost.
