“Very clean hotel. Staff is wonderful. See how many McDonald's golden arches you spot through the halls. The only complaint I have is there aren't any microwaves in the room. Otherwise this hotel has it all. A pool, a sauna and a steam room and a 24/7 gym all free of charge to you. There's also nice hiking/biking trails around the property. They even have bikes you can ride weather permitting!”

“Pretty good hotel. The hallways were a bit winding and confusing and the signage was not great. Stayed here for 3 days and got lost going to the elevator every time. There is quite a bit within walking distance so that is a plus.”

“Hotel Arista was the perfect venue for you. From the start, Katie was very responsive, helpful, and just so easy to work with. We went from not wanting a hotel wedding at all, to having our reception there. Katie was always there to answer my questions and thoroughly answer them, from questions about the contract to random ones throughout. She made the whole process so much easier! Her help and flexibility made such a difference.
The entire staff at Hotel Arista is amazing! Everyone we worked with was so friendly and accomodating. The reservations team made it so easy to have rooms added to our block and explained things to me when we had questions. Everyone was so immaculate.
Our reception was absolutely perfect! Everyone loved the food, the ballroom was beautiful, and Katie and the staff made everything go off without an issue. A few things did come up, but they were quickly resolved.
Also, our cake was through a local bakery, part of the contract, which makes things easier (one less vendor to try and source) and everyone raved about it.
With everything Hotel Arista provides, it's so convenient! You aren't trying to source out multiple vendors because they don't provide them - Hotel Arista takes the work out, and provides top of line ones for you.
We loved going from our reception, to the bar with our friends, and then to our rooms on our wedding night. No coordinating on how to get there or who was, just everyone walked over there, and the party kept going.
If we could do it all over again, we would definitely pick Hotel Arista!”

Rooms: Narrow entrance, a little dated.
Nearby activities: Big mall.
Safety: Not in a sketchy neighborhood.
Walkability: Can't walk to much. Maybe a Greek place about 200 yards away.
Food and drinks: Buffet type breakfast with pancakes, waffles, pastries, and breads. And normally a couple egg/sausage type options.
Just Door dash for lunch, dinner.

“There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful this place is. My husband and I came here to celebrate us getting married and we could not have been happier. We didn’t know what to expect when we got there but it was perfect. We got the Classic whirlpool suite, everything was clean, set up beautifully, and so comfy!! Kyle at the front desk was extremely welcoming and quick to get us checked in. When leaving, the manager was amazing and so helpful. We will definitely be back… no doubt about it!”
“Will definitely stay here again when in Schaumburg. We were attending an expo nearby and the commute was super close & easy. Everything we wanted to do and see was a short drive from the hotel. The staff was friendly. Our room was great! Spacious and clean. The breakfast was good, the area to get food and drink is a tight squeeze but they have additional seating available. Very satisfied with our stay.”
“Quiet location, but still a bit of a drive to 94, but worked for my needs. Area felt safe and there was a lot of things around. Room was clean, but had a slight damp smell from the AC unit. Beds, bedding, mattress pad and mattress were clean when I checked for ged bugs…no bed bugs either! Bathroom appeared clean. Security lock on door was falling out of door jamb and needed repaired and I thought that should have been noted by housekeeper and fixed between guests. Room was large. Staff was friendly. Just had fruit and yogurt for breakfast, but looked better than typical hotel breakfast food. I do not stay at Hilton Garden Inns often, but will look for them more after this stay.
Rooms: Bigger than expected. Bed was comfortable with a firm but cushioned mattress. Housekeeping did a good job. Mini fridge had a small freezer which was great for an ice pack.”

“I’m a frequent flyer at this Hyatt House for a good year now. What are my gripes? Honestly nothing. Paulina and Shasta have become the best part of my week, and I love seeing those ladies when I check in. When I walk in, they know my name and check me in before I even get to the front desk. Service is excellent and the folks working are fantastic people with big hearts. Night audit guy? He’s cool as hell. No hang ups, no rude vibes, just casual non-pretentious lodging. When I stay here, I feel more at home than I do at my HOME. If in the burbs, this is the Hyatt to choose. The pool is clean, it’s heated, and the rooms are spotless. Parking is plentiful, ice machines work. Not much more to want out of a weeknight stay. I love the Warrenville Hyatt House.”

“"Our stay in the double queens room at SpringHill Suites was a pleasant surprise! The room was surprisingly spacious, with a comfortable, high-quality two queens bed and crisp linens. The modern decor had a calming feel, and the large windows offered plenty of natural light. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with amenities. While not the most luxurious, it was definitely a great value for the price, especially considering the convenient location near the Naperville. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chicago.”

“We are a family of 5 from Canada so needed space. Finding Sonesta in Schaumburg was a godsend because it had space like mini-apartments with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. And it was situated in a perfect location in a very quiet and nice part of the Chicagoland area. A huge plus for us was the close proximity to the family events. The price wasn't bad either paying just around $400USD for 2 nights. The people at the front desk were new management, but were extremely nice (especially Saleem) and accommodating. The unit itself was nice with comfortable beds and clean kitchenette. There was some issues we found like the carpet seemed kind of old, and the baths weren't equipped with shampoos etc. And there was some weird smell as if the last people were cooking in there. And the morning breakfast was not fully stocked so it was kind of basic. The kids did complain that their beds, carpets, and headboards did have some stains on them. One of my main gripes is the positions of the washroom sinks which is outside the actual bathroom. I never liked nor understood this concept with hotels as as there really isn't enough privacy with multiple people in the unit to wash up and change clothes etc. Overall, Sonesta did the job and there is still room for improvement so we would still definitely recommend.”
“So this hotel is good, the staff is friendly, breakfast was typical for this class of hotel, and the rooms are a little worn, but the location is GREAT FOR RUNNERS as it is right in the middle of an upscale office park with multiple lakes and jogging paths. It was easy to get a 5K done in a safe environment with laid back scenery. The biggest complaint is the airport. It's in the landing path, and starting about 4:30AM until 11PM the traffic is constant from ORD. White noise generator to the rescue... If doing business in the area, I would stay here again”

“I went to a wedding at the Ramada in Glendale Heights recently, and honestly, it was a great time. The space was cozy and well set up for a celebration, but what really stood out was the food. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and way better than your typical wedding fare. I still think about those appetizers.
The wait staff was on point the whole night—super attentive without hovering, and always quick with refills or anything we needed. You could tell they knew how to handle a big event smoothly, and they kept the vibe upbeat and relaxed.
Overall, the Ramada was a solid choice for a wedding venue. Great food, great service, and a warm atmosphere that made the night feel special. If you’re planning an event in the area, I’d definitely keep this place on your list.”
