“The wife and I stayed in the deluxe suite. Very spacious and clean. Separate living area and bedroom. I’ve been wanting to stay here for awhile and finally got the chance to do it. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. It was very quiet during our stay. A coffee shop next to the hotel that was only a 2 minute walk. You have to call if you want ice. No self service machine but that’s ok. The gentleman that brought the ice to our room was very nice. Our view was facing south of 59 and it was a very nice view. Overall, 5 out of 5 I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.”

“We have traveled a lot and were delighted to find the unexpected quality of this hotel. The staff were all pleasant and accommodating. They actually made up our room daily. A real treat when most hotels do not do that. The restaurant offered surprisingly tasty food and beverages. Much much better than the typical hotel restaurant. At check-in we requested a room upgrade and the front desk graciously accommodated our request. The room was very quiet with room darkening shades. Yeah! The shower had lovely pressure and even the complimentary coffee in the lobby was better than typical hotel coffee. Our stay here made dealing with a difficult family situation much much easier. We REALLY appreciated the quality that this hotel affords.”

“I recently stayed at the hotel for a yearly birthday/pool get away. Winnie at the front desk was super accommodating and welcoming. The rooms were cleaning happy they were able to get our rooms by the pool area. The pool temp was warm along with the pool area with temps outside dipping to -22 windchills. Devon at the restaurant/bar was just great too! One complaint...BRING BACK THE QUESIDILLAS! lol”

I stay here one weekend a month because I drive a truck over the road and this is where I take my time off. I've actually driven out of my way to stay here because I had horrible experiences with two Red Roofs north of here. My dog approves as well as seen in the picture.”

“My cycling team was in town for the Elmhurst Cycling Classic and stayed a night at the Springhill Suites. Joseph helped us check in and sorted out a few issue with our booking to make sure we had a comfortable stay, he was very patient and helpful in figuring out what needed to be done and we had a nice stay. Rooms are comfortable and showers have great water pressure, would stay again!”
“The hotel was well maintained and has a nice setting with a small lake right in front. The rooms are clean and well kept, and the staff was polite and courteous throughout. Breakfast, however, felt a bit underwhelming and could certainly be improved.”

“Check was not fast and would prefer the option of online check in. Staff is courteous. The rooms were clean and the one we reserved had plenty of room. This location is in a good area. Fitness facilities availability are great. The pool was cool and cloudy. The ph needs to be adjusted so I did not swim but my boys went in and took a shower right after. The breakfast in the morning was really good. Lots of very fresh fruit. Eggs and hash browns, cereals and breads along with yogurt and cottage cheese.”
“Staff was amazing. I spent 5 nights there and had no issues. Room was clean upon arrival, breakfast was probably one of the best I have had at a hotel, and the lady that cooked the breakfast (for the life of me can't remember her name) had a great sense of humor and she is very passionate about her job. She honestly made the stay better.”

“I had an issue with my room getting there (I was checking in early and the room wasnt ready so i had to switch, just a miscommunication, nobody's fault) they were very prompt and helpful.
The pool was nice and clean, the athletic area was well kept, the room itself was very clean.
You can tell they take pride in their overall quality.”

“I am so happy that we decided to stay at Sleep Inn for our visit in Naperville. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. We appreciated that our room came with a fridge and microwave because it really came in handy.
O’Hare airport is about 30 minutes away and downtown Naperville about 15. Great location and very economical. Cracker Barrel is about a 3 minute walk away which is also great. Would definitely recommend and come back.”
“Room was clean and spacious (456 square foot) with sofa area. carpet no bad smell. Breakfast was good, with waffle, bagels, toast, oat meals, sausages (or ham) , fruit salad, 2 fresh fruits daily….. (Apples and oranges during my stay). Free parking.”
“My stay at the Four Points Sheraton Chicago Schaumburg exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The whole team was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help me with deliveries I needed to attend an expo. The location was good for attendance at Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center (a short Uber ride away). The local mall and Whole Foods were about a 20 minutes walk. I felt safe walking around after dark.”

“Ramada Banquets excellent place for a wedding.I had my Daughter's wedding August9th, 2026. I must say that I was truly suprised at the End result, the pictures online don't do this place any justice.In person it truly exceeded my expectations.This venue was Reasonably priced. Staff was very professional and very helpful. Especially Jessica and Mr. Fahaad. My wedding guests praised the venue. I would gladly recommend, and I would definitely do business with this Banquet venue again”
