“I recently purchased my leased auto. Before this and for the past 20+ years my vehicles were always under factory warranty. Living in Glenview and now needing a trustworthy, reliable service company I reached out to GreatWater. I initially brought my auto in because I was told by the dealer that I needed rear brakes. GreatWater inspected my breaks and told me that I didn’t need brakes now and probably had 6 more months of break life. This I really appreciated. Since basic service on my fuel lines was required, I had them do this service.

“Found my new mechanic! My car had been making noises which I decided to put off cause I have poor decision making. My hand was forced when my car made a horrible grinding noise, started smoking and smelling horrible. The next day I had my car towed to kims (with just a phone call a bit earlier to let em know I was coming). Within 30 seconds of my car being off the truck, Muhammad had diagnosed the issue. He brought me inside, and broke down exactly what went wrong and the pricing breakdown of parts and labor. He also explained what it would cost in a rare unfortunate case if I had broken another part in the process. I was called less than 24 hours later to pick up my car I had towed in the day before. Before I could even ask , I was presented with the broken part , and shown exactly what went wrong. My old Volvo is running better than I could have thought, I wasn't aware how noisy my engine had become until the noise wasn't there anymore. I am excited to share with everyone what I think is the best possible place they can bring their car. After getting screwed around by other local shops, I truly feel I've found somewhere trustworthy and able. While I don't want to be back anytime soon (let me breathe car!), the peace of mind having a trusted mechanic is a welcomed feeling I haven't felt before”

“I couldn’t have brought my car to a better shop than this one. Not only did I bring in a car that is typically extremely difficult to work on but also a car that is under that category of German engineering which requires parts that are hard to get your hands on. I was worried taking a car like so to any shop but I brought in a Porsche Macan turbo to synthesis automotive and the owner yianni was nothing but the best. Him and I am sure the rest of the team completed the car in a timely manner and the work that was done to the car was excellent he also performed a full inspection on the car to make sure everything was running smoothly before returning the car to me. Not only was the work beyond excellent but he treated my father and I with great respect as well. This is an automotive shop that I not only will be trusting to come back to with any issues or normal maintenance that come up in the future but one that I will be recommending to anyone in need. “I went in for an estimate due to being sideswipe, which prevented my car door from opening. I didn’t get the guy name that helped me, however he fixed my car so that my car door would open, free of charge. I was shocked and extremely grateful. “I brought in my 2018 Honda Odyssey for my front bumper fix. I hit a rock and completely teared my front bumper off and also ripped the fog light and turn signal wires. So the entire front bumper plus electrical works needed to be replaced. Thank god I found the Car Studio based on other good reviews! Stan the owner is honest and responsible. He quoted me $1K LESS than other body shops around the area for the job. He delivered my car within the timeframe he estimated with beautiful results! My car was like brand new afterwards and it looked like the accident had never happened! He also went above and beyond try to save me money. He explained that the electrical works Honda quoted him would add an additional $700 labor cost on top of his estimates but he was able to find a junior electrician for the job and he did not charge me a dime extra! Highly recommend The Car Studio!! You can rest assure that you will get the perfect results with honest pricing.”
