“I go to this location prob 2-3x a week over the last 3 months. Everyone does the best they can for being a high volume location pinned against a strips of fast food. Other HD near by are out of red mulch, stones, gutters or just random stuff but this location runs out and restocks. I was behind a woman whom was returning flowers and complaining for over 20-25 minutes because she planted them in March and didn't cover or any other protection. It was mid June when she decided to go "Karen" on everyone in the store and talk to the manager's manager's manager. I was expecting her to ask for the Home Depot board members' personal information next.Customers just need to chill out and get over themselves. Curbside pickup is easy as you can put in your spot location on your order login or text it. This location also has a wider selection of crown molding that others done near by. I would like to add an employee named Greg who was picking online / curbside orders I'm guessing was super helpful and charming on my last visit. He helped me located some patio furniture that comes in multiple boxes and give us inventory levels at the Randhurst location. Put on your mask, shut up and give the employees a break cause we're all in this together.”

“Went to Lowe’s to buy a snowblower, upon walking in Mr. Steve asked me if I needed any help. I had mentioned I was looking for a gas powered snowblower and he showed me what was available. Mr. Steve took the time to educate me with the different types of snowblowers and features. After a lengthy conversation with many questions I ended up purchasing a electric snowblower. Not only did I leave with a new snowblower I left with a better understanding of snowblowers. I really appreciated the time Mr. Steve took to help me out, not once did I feel rushed or pressured. I definitely will be shopping here again, thank you Lowe’s for a great experience.”

“TLDR; Outstanding experience! (Paint department). Massive shout out to the amazing worker who was able to help me with my home improvement project. I came to Home Depot not knowing how to paint, and left confident enough to finish the project in one night. The young gentleman working in the paint department on Jan 18th, 2024 ~8p was extremely knowledgeable and gave me amazing advice. My bathroom turned out beautiful!! Everyone I spoke to showed kindness and compassion, which is rare these days.. I now found a new love for Home Depot and am excited to shop at this specific store again (I even came back for more paint!!)”

We originally ordered some of the in-the-wall components from them, and they were able to track and make sure everything was compliant. When a few of my selections wouldn't work, they were helpful in recommending alternatives that matched the style of other selections while also being considerate of cost considerations. All that saying, the prices were also incredibly competitive, and it feels great to support a locally owned small business. Highly recommend!”

“My wife and I had order tiles for our bathroom for curb side pickup and we were having an issue with the system showing them as being ready for pickup but when we arrived it looked like they weren't on the order anymore. We worked with Victor and he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we got our complete order. Victor and Alex then both loaded up a car with all the heavy boxes and despite it being terribly cold, they were so kind and helpful! A huge thank you to Victor for going the extra mile to make sure we got our tiles on time.”

They were fun to work with, supportive along the entire process from design, manufacturing, and installation. And when there were elements involved that they did not sell (fixtures, appliances, etc.) they helped with referrals to others in the area that they had great working relationships with.I sold the condo they helped me re-design earlier this year, and I miss it everyday! I look forward to the day we renovate our house, just to work with the AKB team again.”

We are building a new home and went to the clearance center in Highland Park to look for a kitchen sink faucet and compare prices to an online discount site. Tanner was so helpful, patient, and professional. As a result, we bought everything we needed for our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Tanner helped us coordinate the fixtures and was patient while we compared prices to the online site. After a few comparisons, we stop and because we were confident that Tanner would treat us fairly. We are so happy that we went with Studio41 because there was considerable follow up post purchase. Everything needed to be shipped out of state. Prior to the shipment arriving, our builder had technical questions. Tanner was extremely responsive. Just can't say enough about what a pleasure it has been doing business with Tanner and Studio41.”

“It may be easy to pick on the Home Depot. It’s big, sometimes help is hard to find, an employee may be surly.I haven’t checked, but I’m guessing the review rating of this place is somewhere around 3. When something bad havens, people are quick to leave feedback. But when it’s good we just carry on with our day.I really like this Home Depot. The staff is filled with a lot of young people who are quite pleasant and competent. True, it may be hard to find stuff but the place is big. And prices are low; I don’t expect to find contractors working there with 25 years of experience!I recently rented a truck for 3 hours and 43 minutes. It cost me 80 bucks plus tax. That’s about 20 dollars an hour. That’s great. And the truck drove well, and was in good condition. It was a comfy ride and big. The young man at the rental desk was very nice on a very cold day.I asked a woman for help solving a problem. She walked me around the store until we found the perfect solution: a roll of insulation. I wish I had gotten her name. Any way, she knew the store and put on her thinking cap until we found just what I needed.Another young woman helped me find a washer in plumbing. Now it may be easy to dismiss a young Latina with a fancy hair style as not being a competent plumber, but she knew her area that’s for sure.The tool area in this store is big and the aisles are wide, which I’m not used to at a Home Depot.This store is around the corner from a nice mall as well.I get what I need at this Home Depot quickly and at a good price. The shopping experience is good. What more do I need from a store? Nothing.Thanks, Home Depot! And thanks rental guy and Latina gal and air conditioner insulation gal. You’re a credit to your company. If I find out their names I’ll let the company know that they’re doing well.”

“50/50 chance to find what you want within 15 mins. 25% chance to find someone to help you find anything without an attitude. 10% chance to find someone that knows more about what you need than you do! lol.And 100% chance the person that helps you will use the same app that I just used and be just as confused as I am. Seriously, I’m usually there for a minimum of 30 mins to get nuts and bolts… you know in those drawers that have nuts and bolts already torn open (stolen) before I got there and no one replenished the stock or took out the empty bags. Regardless, I keep going back. Why? They offer military discounts (10%) and I appreciate that. Bottom line, I eventually find what I’m looking for 90% of the time, it’s just never quick!”
