“I had a phenomenal experience shopping here. Tom in millwork was incredibly helpful, detail oriented, and personable. I really enjoyed having him support me.Kelcy was also extremely helpful, as Tom wasn't as familiar with the new ordering system. Kelcy, seeing an opportunity to help, sensed I was in a rush and aided me in completing the transaction and taught Tom along the way. I'm not sure if Kelcy is a manager or not, but he sure seemed like he had the chops to be one. Unbelievably efficient and charismatic.”

“The staff is absolutely wonderful. They answered all my questions and directed me to the ice melt section without any issues. They also allowed me to leave the cash register and come back to get an additional box of ice melt and were patient and waited (this was around 7am so barely any customers were in the store). The staff was smiling and had a great energy for being super early in the morning. This was also the final store where I could find pet-safe ice melt, I went to 4 prior and found nothing. Menards is the best!”

I went down another aisle and another teammate helped me find something in minutes. This store is worth going out of your way to go to- friendly, well stocked, easily to get around and helpful team. “50/50 chance to find what you want within 15 mins. 25% chance to find someone to help you find anything without an attitude. 10% chance to find someone that knows more about what you need than you do! lol.And 100% chance the person that helps you will use the same app that I just used and be just as confused as I am. Seriously, I’m usually there for a minimum of 30 mins to get nuts and bolts… you know in those drawers that have nuts and bolts already torn open (stolen) before I got there and no one replenished the stock or took out the empty bags. Regardless, I keep going back. Why? They offer military discounts (10%) and I appreciate that. Bottom line, I eventually find what I’m looking for 90% of the time, it’s just never quick!”

“Girl at the return counter was very nice, but wouldn’t allow me to exchange an item for the correct item, which is significantly higher priced. I told her i would pay the difference, but they will not do any exchanges without the receipt. The service was fine, but that policy should allow exchanges, esp when the new item is $100 more.”

She was very helpful providing options during our initial appointment/visit, working through options within our budget, and was available throughout the day and sometimes even in the evenings when we had questions regarding our order, ship dates, etc. Frustratingly, there were some hiccups due to manufacturer's ship dates and availability, but she was responsive and helpful in providing alternate solutions.”

We are building a new home and went to the clearance center in Highland Park to look for a kitchen sink faucet and compare prices to an online discount site. Tanner was so helpful, patient, and professional. As a result, we bought everything we needed for our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Tanner helped us coordinate the fixtures and was patient while we compared prices to the online site. After a few comparisons, we stop and because we were confident that Tanner would treat us fairly. We are so happy that we went with Studio41 because there was considerable follow up post purchase. Everything needed to be shipped out of state. Prior to the shipment arriving, our builder had technical questions. Tanner was extremely responsive. Just can't say enough about what a pleasure it has been doing business with Tanner and Studio41.”

“My wife and I had order tiles for our bathroom for curb side pickup and we were having an issue with the system showing them as being ready for pickup but when we arrived it looked like they weren't on the order anymore. We worked with Victor and he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we got our complete order. Victor and Alex then both loaded up a car with all the heavy boxes and despite it being terribly cold, they were so kind and helpful! A huge thank you to Victor for going the extra mile to make sure we got our tiles on time.”

Mr. Steve took the time to educate me with the different types of snowblowers and features. After a lengthy conversation with many questions I ended up purchasing a electric snowblower. Not only did I leave with a new snowblower I left with a better understanding of snowblowers. I really appreciated the time Mr. Steve took to help me out, not once did I feel rushed or pressured.
