“Terrific customer service at this location! Eric took so much time with us. My husband and I came in to address an email problem I was having on my laptop and phone. Also, I needed to buy a new phone. Eric quickly fixed the email issue and advised me on new phones. I bought a beautiful lavender IPhone 17 with lavender case and accessories on a fantastic promotion! Eric put the new liquid screen protector on it for me. He patiently spent so much time with us making sure that he answered all our questions. This is our new GO TO Xfinity location! 2840 Patriot Blvd. Glenview, IL Thank you Eric!”

I’ve always been a Verizon user and the phone trade-in experience was so painless that I was waiting for the other shoe to drop the whole time. So very thankful it was remarkably easy to work with their staff who answered all my annoying questions with care and attention AND could tend to other customers simultaneously. Chris held it down! She waited on the phone with Verizon Customer Sevice and helped navigate and guide me through to resolution out of the kindness of her heart. She was not being paid commission and helped me navigate a complex network transition from ATT to Verizon.
This store is lucky to have such a hard working and genuinely kind person onboard.”

“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”
“Michael made this one of the best customer experiences ever. Normally this process is arduous at best and a series of upsells that is all about increasing revenue and not helping the actual customer. This was not the case here.— Michael was all about the service and set up and customer needs. I was seriously considering leaving Verizon after 25 years because of the lack of attentiveness, lackluster customer service and increasing bills. The experience today gave me renewed hope that truly caring customer service isn’t dead just yet.”

“I am writing this review for the sole purpose of recognizing Jordan as an exemplary employee. We came to the store on 07/08/26 with what we initially thought was a simple E-SIM problem, however Jordan was able to figure out the issue was much more complex than that. Jordan worked through multiple avenues and discussed this issue with multiple people in order to achieve a resolution for us. It was very clear that he was dedicated to help us solve our issue by any means that he can. After exhausting all of his options, it was determined the issue was out of his hands, however, he offered us valuable advice, pointed us down multiple directions we could take, and overall dispensed very useful information for us. Unfortunately, there was some familial turmoil on our end, of which was handled by Jordan perfectly. Jordan remained polite and professional, as well as tastefully humorous, which kept a light spirit throughout the extended time he assisted us. ( we shared some good laughs, admittedly)
I am writing this a few hours after our visit, and I can happily say that with his information and his help, we have resolved the issue completely.
Grateful we met Jordan today. If I lived in Chicago, this would be my number one go to spot if any other xfinity related problems arise.
Also the store was very clean and the rest of the staff were polite and professional with customers as they came in and out while Jordan assisted us.”
