“I literally never wrote reviews, but Jocelyn Collins gave me one of the best Customer Service experiences I can remember. She waited on the phone with Verizon Customer Sevice and helped navigate and guide me through to resolution out of the kindness of her heart. She was not being paid commission and helped me navigate a complex network transition from ATT to Verizon. This store is lucky to have such a hard working and genuinely kind person onboard.”

4752 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago IL 60625
“I visited on a Sunday and desperately needed to upgrade my phone having not done so in almost 6.5 years. I’ve always been a Verizon user and the phone trade-in experience was so painless that I was waiting for the other shoe to drop the whole time. So very thankful it was remarkably easy to work with their staff who answered all my annoying questions with care and attention AND could tend to other customers simultaneously. Chris held it down! He was super knowledgable and made the visit way less stressful than I was making it in my head. I’ll be back here again for sure!”

“The Chicago area is very competitive for mobile service business, however this Verizon store has customer service that goes beyond all expectations. Jeremiah and Kenneth are as professional as they come. The store is very well equipped and is very clean and organized. The team will work hard to make one feel at home and put one at ease. All questions are welcome and the budget needs for each individual is matched. Both the CTA bus and train lines are near the facility.”

“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”

“Michael made this one of the best customer experiences ever. Normally this process is arduous at best and a series of upsells that is all about increasing revenue and not helping the actual customer. This was not the case here.— Michael was all about the service and set up and customer needs. I was seriously considering leaving Verizon after 25 years because of the lack of attentiveness, lackluster customer service and increasing bills. The experience today gave me renewed hope that truly caring customer service isn’t dead just yet.”
