“The young woman at the counter was personable and pleasant, she smiled when she spoke and was very engaging. The van was clean and the dashboard information was documented accurately. I did not have any issues with the operation of the van during my 1500 mile move. The gentleman who assisted during the return process was professional and took time to answer several return policy questions.”

“I was super impressed with my overall experience. Rich and the other female team member ( sorry, her name escapes me) were beyond helpful. Rich helped us move a couch. We had difficulty placing the ramp back into the U-haul. Rich came out of his comfy, cool office into sweltering 90 degree heat and showed us how to push ramp in. He actually did it for us. The facility is super clean , it has multiple cameras and I felt super safe. Words can not express how patient, exceptional customer satisfaction experience we had. Raises to both staff members. Rich you went above and beyond and are definitely invited to the cookout!!!”

Eric was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. The price was affordable and i even received the promotional price which was even better. He made me feel at ease with storing my belongings. I had to make a couple of nearby runs and couldn’t make it back until after the facility closed. Eric waited for me to return. Great customer service and I appreciate his help and assistance. I would recommend SmartStop for storage.”

“The staff was very professional and helpful on move-in day. The facility was clean and thoroughly checked on a regular basis, like promised. In fact, the only time I received a polite call from the Management was to inform me that my unit lock was placed incorrectly. Getting in and out of my unit was convenient no matter what time of day I needed to access my storage. The equipment was in good working condition and Nicole was my go-to person anytime I had a question or concern. My move-out day experience was just as pleasant as expected.”
