“The entire rental process was quick and painless. Aaron was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me a full tour of the building while explaining some of the beautiful old building’s history as well as storage facility policies. There are several drive up docks for loading and unloading as well as numerous carts available for indoor transport. The entire space was clean and well-lit. Overall very happy with my decision to rent here.”

“I was the Primary caregiver for my Big brother. Between my other brother, his son and my Big brother's son and my son and my younger sister we have been there for him from the beginning. We finally had to put his belongings in a storage facility. I thought that was going to be the hardest thing in the world. But the people at Extra Space Storage were so nice to us on day one we did not even seek another place. My main person of contact was Destiny. All of our questions were answered, we were always treated like old friends. Our storage facility was clean and we had a space 10x10 for a one bedroom apt. No stove or refrigerator or big sofa. And every thing fit perfectly. We had in and out privileges that came with a sturdy lock and two keys. It was so great knowing his items were safe!! And only about 10 minutes from my house. I would recommend Extra Storage Space to any friend or family member that needed a safe place to store anything.”

Was cheaper then pac rat and one other company.
They were understandably the best.
One drawback it was a little hard getting ahold of a person but other than that we were really satisfied and would recommend them and use them again if we need to.”

“This was my first time using a storage facility. I reached out to a couple for pricing but they were higher than I could afford. I walked into SmartStop and was greeted by Eric. Eric was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. The price was affordable and i even received the promotional price which was even better. He made me feel at ease with storing my belongings. Thank you so much for clearing out our storage unit, storing it overnight, and delivering everything safely across state lines. Saving us from driving multiple uhuals through Chicago is a blessing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have not unpacked everything but from what I can see nothing was improperly handled. The one and only big mirror we brought even made it in once piece.
