“Went in one morning looking for a a swivel neck piece to open the hood on my car. Me being smart I brought a set, and not a single one fit. So I went back the next morning asked could I swoop out the set for the price I needed and just like that I got what needed and got the hood opened. The service was great they'll be my go to auto store.”
“They were about to close. I drove from South side to St Charles/270 because they were still open for a few. Long story short the gentleman working the counter actually researched a part I was looking for and even though they were closing,, even though the computer said 0 in stock and even though the nice army 10year vet doesn't normally work this store him and another guy working and being a huge help ended up with the part I needed for 1/2 the price of AutoZone which was closed. “I just sent my daughter to Auto Zone to get her windshield wipers replaced. Especially since she's going to a doctors appointment that's 30 minutes away and its raining.
They told her because it was raining they couldn't do their complimentary wiper installation. She did tell them she was traveling to a doctors appointment, same response.
What a huge disappointment, I've been an Autozone Loyalist for 30+ years across the entire United States.
Today I went to O'Reilly! Thank you for your professionalism! I'm ready for the next 30 years!
