“They were a godsend for me after the storm came there or area was replacing my axle and needed told a couple times they got a generator to keep ppl in service so yeah they got my vote.”

I reached out to them over the phone 1st, I told the person over the phone what I needed she checked for the item and found exactly what I needed(otp service was a 10). I gave her a time when I would be in to purchase and the item was waiting on me when I entered the store. The sales person immediately asked did I need help and was very polite and professional. I stay closer to another location but will travel to this location because of the excellent customer service. JOB WELL DONE O'REILLY IN DELLWOOD MO”

“Service EXCELLENCE! Ladies (& Gents) when you want top-notch service, and a better understanding of what’s needed for your vehicle, check out TRACI. She gave me top-of-the-line service when I came in looking to purchase a headlight for my vehicle. She told me that the bub did not look blown and that I should check the fuse. Turns out, it was the fuse. Traci saved me lots of dollars and I am so grateful for her helpful assistance, she has a beautiful smile and a wonderful personality and I’m so glad that O’Reillys hires, trains and promotes employees like TRACI who can assist us with our needs!”

“I just sent my daughter to Auto Zone to get her windshield wipers replaced. Especially since she's going to a doctors appointment that's 30 minutes away and its raining.
They told her because it was raining they couldn't do their complimentary wiper installation. She did tell them she was traveling to a doctors appointment, same response.
What a huge disappointment, I've been an Autozone Loyalist for 30+ years across the entire United States.
Today I went to O'Reilly! Thank you for your professionalism! I'm ready for the next 30 years!
