Came in to do a return for an online order. She tried to say she could only give me store credit despite the item being purchased on an AE/AERIE credit card that I had in my hand. When I refused a second time, she finally asked the manager who said to refund back to the card. Crap customer service doesn't get you sales.

Idk I think it was the manager but that lady needs to go😭 I was treated so weirdly by her at check out she acted so entitled it was insane and looked at me crazy when I said I don’t want a credit card by them! Like girl. Customer service is TERRIBLE! Such a nice store though! But they need new staff asap that was ridiculous!

Cashier AR6864 FORCED me to provide my email address if I wanted to be able to return anything, even with a receipt. I will never be purchasing here ever again.
