“Yesterday my best friend and I went to Gurnee Mills to look for an outfit to wear to her birthday party and we were having no luck in every store we went to no one was helpful or friendly even. It was hard to even find anyone to ask a question to. And then we went into Buckle and it was the best decision. All of the girls were so helpful. They were all smiling and happy and just made her feel so at ease It literally felt like the scene from the movie Pretty Woman where the associates were doting on her bringing her clothes to try on and making her feel like a princess. Those girls who worked at Buckle in gurnee mills on Saturday, May 16th 2026 were the absolute BEST ❤️ Thank you for making my BFF feel so comfortable and helping her find the perfect birthday outfit!”

“One difference in going to Levi store is they carry off sizes you never see at other stores. Should take a look if concerned with proper fitting on jeans. Friendly staff ready to answer questions too.Dont forget to sign up for they new loyalty program!”

“I visited the Carter / Oshgosh store in Gurnee Mills today on a hunt for Winnie the Poo items for a baby shower. AYLA was extreamly helpful, took us directly to where she felt they would be. Unfortunately they were sold out with the season changing. Then we asked for a super fluffy bigger blanket not the small swaddle blankets. AYLA walked us to the front of the store and showed us a few options. As we were browsing around to see what else caught our Eye, AYLA walked up with a very thick cream colored larger blanket. I was shocked I honestly thought she had moved on to something else. NO, AYLA continued to look for options even though we were not following her. I have been in retail for over 30 years, seen so many different styles of customer service. This is exactly how it should be, interact, ask questions building a repor with the customers . . This will build sales and cliental more then anything I know. . GREAT JOB AYLA. . .THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND.”

“My daughter's school is participating in an End of the Year ABC Countdown and she told me at 7:30pm that the next school day was "Illinois Day." She didn't have anything Illinois related so I hopped in the car and went straight to Lids U. The store was closed so I tried Chicago Locker Room; they did not have Illinois specific apparel. I asked the young man working if he had any other suggestions on where to go but he said that Lids U would be the only place he knew of. I explained my situation just in a sharing way, never expecting him to close his store and allow me access to Lids U for shopping, but that is exactly what he did. He went out of his way, in the last 15 minutes of his work night to let me shop at Lids U so my daughter could participate in Spirit Day. I'll absolutely be back for my sportswear needs!”
